Chapter 10 - The End

(eric's pov)
I cried alittle more as I kissed Jessie's warm lips and gently set her head down.I was ready to kill this son of a bitch.As I got to the top where the roof was I heard Sarah
"Eric!Help!Im scared !Jessie's gone!"
Sarah cried...
Great.
She knew...
As I walked to the roof I saw Top Dollar holding Sarah.It was still pouring outside as I walked along the roof
"Let her go!"
I said harshly as I finally reached them
"You can have me.I wont fight you.I have no purpose in staying alive any longer"
I said he stared at me
"Alright"
Top Dollar said throwing Sarah.She scremed as she slid
"No!"
I yelled but I was punched in the gut.
Sarah was hanging on for dear life as Top Dollar held his sword,that Jess had taken from him, and swung at me.I fell back but did a flip dodging him.I swung my leg tripping him.He slid down the side but swung at my feet climbing back up.I ran to a metal rod and tried to pull it out to use as a weapon but as I did lightning stuck it making me scream in pain.I got it out and swung at him.I was using the rod to block every swing he gave.He kicked me in the gut and I fell back onto the higher roofing. He swung at me again but I only blocked again getting back up.I swung for his head but he ducked & made the same move to which I then ducked.He fell to the side again but climbed his way back up.This went on for about 20 minutes

I just got knocked over but the he grabbed me and we both fell down the side roof
"Sarah!"
I called worriedly.
"Eric look out!"
I looked seeing Sarah but it was to late.I had a blade go through my gut...just like Jess.I was in pain
"ERIC!"
Sarah screamed as he pulled the blade out and I turned my back to them sitting on the roof in pain.
Then Top Dollar got close to me
"You know,my daddy used to say,'every mans got a devil and you cant rest till you find him' What happened with your girlfriend you and your other lover,I cleared that building. Hell nothing in this town happens with out my say-so.Im sorry if I spoiled your wedding plans, friend.But if it's any consolation to you,you have put a smile on my face.You got alot of spirit son"
he said unsheathing a knife
"I am going to miss you"
He said as I glared
"I have something to give you.I dont want it anymore"
I said and then grabbed his head and gave him all the painful memories of Shelly and Jess in the hospital.80 hours of pain,torture,death, struggle...I didnt want to feel it anymore
"80 hours of pain!All at once!All for you"
I said as his body started to bleed tremendously.I finally let him go and he fell to his death landing on a gargoyle with a spike which stabbed him directly in the back & through his skull.I ran over to Sarah and helped her up.Sarah hugged me tightly.I hugged her back inside I was truelly sad about Jess.I was happy she'd now be with me...but the thought of Sarah alone now
"Eric...I know what youre thinking.Now that Jess straightened my mom up...I think it'll be ok"
Sarah said smiling.I smiled back as she helped me inside.We saw Jess' body lying there...but the strange thing is..she was smiling.I picked her up bridal style and carried her until we got to Albrecht
"Will u make sure her coffin is burried ontop of mine?"
I asked Albrecht
"Yeah.Sure thing"
he said sadly as I nodded and told Sarah to help Albrecht.I got down to Albrecht and sat down beside him while petting Jess' lifeless body with much love
"God I need a ciggeratt...everybody else dead?"
Albrecht asked
"You helped me.What you kept in here saved me"
I said tapping my head gently
"Thanks"
I said
"Yeah... but...Im sorry about Jess"
He said sadly
"She'll be ok...this is honestly what she wanted all along..to spend eternity with me"
I said smiling as I looked down at her body
"I've been meaning to come to church"
Albrecht said as I lit the ciggeratt and puffed it for him then put it in his mouth but the second I did his face cringed
"Oh,yuck"
albrecht said and spit it out
"Im quitting as of now...if I live"
Albrecht said and I laughed looking at Jess' body again.I kissed her forhead gently.I got up holding Jess' body close to my chest
"Stay with him until help comes"
I said looking down at Sarah
"He'll be ok right?"
Sarah asked but I was already gone.I walked to Shelly's grave and sighed.I layed Jess next to my grave & fell next to Shelly's.Jess' body was right next to mine.I shivered holding Jess' cold lifeless hand.Now I was to wait...to go back to the realm of the dead.I suddenly felt a warm hand on my cheek.I jumped opening my eyes and seeing Jess
"I like the look...no makeup and bloody.Makes you look sexy"
She said giggling
"Jess-"
"Shhh.Its time to go"
She said and kissed me so deeply
(Jess' pov)
I smiled as I helped him up
"What about your body?"
Eric asked
"Eh,Albrecht will take care of it as will Sarah. Come on love.Shelly is waiting for us..as a friend" I said smiling
"She wants to be...friends?"
Eric asked
"Of course Eric.This is all she ever wanted.To see us together. She's happy for us and we're her best friends!Now come on"
I said smiling as I took his hand and we walked off and then dissappeared into the realm of the dead where Shelly,Eric,and I all lived in peace for ever
(sarah's pov)I walked up to Jess' body. Eric's grave back to normal like it was never touched. The crow was ontop of Eric's grave with Shelly's ring in it's beak.I walked up to it and it dropped it in my hand.He flew down to Jess' body, took off her necklace and gave it to me.I put it on smiling as I opened the locket and saw Eric and Jess making goofy faces on each side of the locket.I smiled and walked off.................
