My life seems too good to be true. A loving husband and our child on the way. Somehow, I have a feeling that something bad is bound to happen. There is always a calm before the storm.

It was an ordinary Saturday morning. We woke up and were having breakfast when the doorbell rang. I said and walked towards the door and stated, "I'll get it!"

When I opened the door, the person that I would have never thought of showing up is standing on my doorstep. I was so shocked that I almost screamed but I woudn't want my husband to suspect anything.

"Dad,"

"Tamara," he smirked.

"Tamara? Who is it?" William called out.

"Hello." he greeted and I cringed.

"Can I help you with something, sir?" William asked.

"I want my daughter back!" he said while smirking.

"No no no no no no no!" I screamed and fell down.

"Tamara! Are you okay?" William asked worriedly. "You're her father?"

"No he's not my father! Please Will, ask him to go away!" I pleaded.

"Sir, if you plea-" He snapped "I am here to bring my daughter back!"

"I'm sorry sir, but you will have to leave."

"Fine" he said angrily "This is my contact number, I will be back!" before he walked away, he looked towards my direction.

Will closed the door, "Tamara, can you explain to me what is going on?"

He lead me towards the living room and I told him everything while crying the whole time. When I finished telling him, he hugged me tightly like he never wanted to let me go and I was grateful to have him for a husband.
