"So he just kicked you?"

"Yep. He just kicked me and ran out. This is why I don't teach children, Dalton"

He laughed I could basically see him on the floor rolling. "You should be supporting me!"

"I am! I also just think it's hilarious- I can hear you roll your eyes."

"Shut up!" I looked at my watch and groaned.

"You okay Kid?"

"Yeah I just have to get back to work."

"It's only been like 10 minutes!"

"An hour. Call me after the show tonight?"

"Okay."

"Ti amo"

"Love you too"

Daltons POV

She hung up and went to work. We had a few hours til show time so I decided to look through pictures of the Blue October show we went to before I left.

Flashback

"You ready!?"

"I'm so ready!" She seemed so excited.

"I still can't believe you've never seen them live."

"They always had 21+ shows- oh my god could I meet him?"

"Justin?"

"Yeah. The second father I never met."

"I will see what I can do." I put my hand in the small of her back as we entered the venue.

We waited in the pit for the show to start. I heard my name faintly in the back. I turned around and there was a girl on the balcony waving. I waved back and turned back to Sky.

"You know them?" She asked me.

"Nope."

~During the show~

During Fear I looked over at Skylen as she was scream singing and her eyes were watering.

"This is a new one we haven't released yet so shhhhhh...." Justin said before the new track rolled.

"There will be days when you're falling down. There will be days when you're inside out there be days when you fall apart-" he continued to sing as Sky danced.

She jumped up and down. Half way through she leaned over to me and whisper yelled, "it's a swing!"

"Then You have to choreograph something to it!"

"Challenge accepted!- they're never gonna hold you back!! I'm always gonna have your back!"

I threw my head back in laughter. After the new song Justin sat on the stage right in front of Sky. She freaked. She put her hand out and he held.

"Y'all mind if I sit here?" He asked into the microphone. The crowd screamed.

"Well aren't you cute." He said to Sky. She looked like she was going to cry. I filmed every second of it.

"Is this your guy?" He asked her nodding his head towards me. She nodded.

"He's a good one. What's your name sweetheart?"

"Skylen!"

"Skylen? That's a pretty name. I know a guy who is madly in love with a girl name Skylen." I rolled my eyes as he made direct eye contact with me.

He started to stand up but still held Sky's hand.

"Alright Skylen, this one is for you sweetheart."

Skylen sang along as he sang Calling you.
