Dalton's POV
In the car I decided to take the long way back to her house.
"Hey Sky," I ask.
"Hey Dalt," she said in the same tone
"When can I meet your dad? I mean I already know your mom and Mary and Kaylee but like i also haven't met Ale-" "OH MY GOSH ALEX AND JADEN!" she screamed. I gave her a confused look. "You can meet all 3 of them tomorrow."
"I thought Alex and Jaden lived in different states?"
"They do. I forgot they're coming down tomorrow for a few days. My sister in-law Sammy is coming too!"
"I don't want to intrude on a family gathering."
"Dalton you practically are family. My mom loves you so does mary and Kaylee-"
"Wait your mom likes me?" i say hopeful.
"Yeah of course. Anyway. The whole family knows you. They just don't know I'm dating you"
"I've never met your dad or Jaden or Alex?"
"Yeah but you forget that I was a huge fan before the plane ride. I went to concerts. I preordered your album. I wouldn't shut up about your music. Trust me my family knows you."
"I'm flattered." she rolled her eyes and chuckled. Gosh i love it when she does that. We pulled into her driveway and she ran straight to her room "I HAVE TO CLEAN I'LL BE DOWN IN A SEC." I chuckled a little and closed the front door. I went to the twins room and knocked on the door. "Come in!" one of them yelled. I walked in. "Oh hey Dalton what's up?" Mary said turning around from her laptop on the desk while Kaylee was still looking at her phone on her bed. Mary and Kaylee areferternal twins. Mary has naturally red hair and Kaylee chopped it all off and has brown pixie cut.
"Can we talk for a sec?" i asked.
"Yeah sure." Mary responded.
"Skylen said I'm meeting your dad and your other siblings tomorrow"
"Oh yeah Jaden, Sammy and Alex are coming down tomorrow."
"Yeah I'm kind of scared."
"Why? Jaden is the chillest person ever and Dad is a huge teddy bear. Dad used to be really protective over us back in Georgia. I understand why, the guys down there suck. But he's really loosened up. He acts all big and tuff but you'll leave with a bear hug not an evil glare." i let out a breath i didn't no i was holding.
"Thank god. That's reassuring. What about Alex?"
"Well, Alex is uh..."
"Well..."
"He's the big brother. He's very protective. Especially over Skylen. Me and Kaylee always hung out and Jaden was all ways with her friends and Sky and Alex were always together. They're the smart ones in the family. They both graduated at 16 and have IQs of freaking Einstein-"

"Skylen's IQ is higher..." I mumbled under my breath.

"What was that?"

"Nothing sorry..."

"Okay... anyway, He's 7 years older than her but that doesn't change a thing. Just know He's a cop and carries a gun with him 24/7. But at the end of the night he's the funnies in the family."
"So how do I act?"
"Like yourself just don't make out in front of us. We all hate PDA."
"Yeah so does Sky. And honestly so do I"
"Good. Because I don't wanna see that."
"What do you not want to see?" Sky says entering the room wrapped her arms around me.
"PDA" I say wrapped my right arm around her. "Kinda like this" i say and kiss her cheek. I looked over at Kaylee and she just rolled her eyes. Weird... I thought Skylen said she liked me.
"Actually" Mary said interrupting my thoughts. "I think that's cute. I mean like making out. That's gross." i nod. "Sky do you need any help?" I ask. "Um.." she thought for a minute. "Can you help me clean up downstairs?" i nod and I mouth thank you to Mary. She nods and i walk out with Sky on my side closing the door behind me.
We get down stairs and Sky starts playing music from her phone. We were cleaning... Well mainly dancing around looking like idiots. We were getting a little done. We moved on to the kitchen doing the dishes and 'The Way You Do (acoustic)' came on. Sky was singing along, she has a beautiful voice, but I wanted to skip the song. Don't ask why I just don't like listening to my own music. I backed away slowly to change it but Skylen grabbed my wrist.
"I love this one" she said "please leave it" she said it so soft i could barely hear her but I let the song play. "Only if you dance with me" I say softly. She looked confused. I took her hand and pull her to me. Holding her right hand in my left and my right arm wrapped around her waist pulling her close to me. She relaxed and laid her head on my shoulder as we sway back and forth. "I may not know how to waltz but I can still dance" I said ever so softly. I could feel a smile creep on her face and we continued to dance in the middle of the kitchen and the dishes half done. The song was over and I pulled away to kiss her. We were just an inch apart when 'Stay (up with me)' played I pulled away. "geeze are just playing the whole album?" I ask. She nodded then pecked my lips. Before I could react she was back at the sink doing the dishes. I walk up behind her and wrapped my arms around her "I love you" i say kissing her temple.
