I think the morning after a big night is the worst thing ever.

My head felt like it was being weighed down by a tonne of bricks and my eyes were burning as the sun began to lightly kiss the earth for a good morning greeting.

I began to wonder where Yoongi was as the time had been passing by and it grew closer to the time that the both of us had to be at work and ready to go.

I looked to my right as a car pulled up in front of me on the curb, the window slowly rolling down to expose who was the mysterious driver. I stepped down and peered in as my eyes widened.

"H-Hoseok?" I asked and saw his brilliant smile after I had said his name, "how come you're here?"

Hoseok leant over the passenger seat and opened the passenger door. As I questioned him quietly Hoseok tilted his head as he patted the seat.

"Yoongi called in and said he had something that he needed to do and he will be late. He didn't want I have you being late so he asked that one of us come and pick you up and I volunteered for the job. So hop in!"

His enthusiasm seemed to rub off on my hangover as I stepped into the vehicle and shut the door behind me before I buckled my seat and sat my purse down in my lap as I adjusted my skirt as he pulled away from the curb and drove toward the cafe.

"Did you get home alright?" Hoseok asked me, I believed in an attempt to create conversation.

"Yes I did. Although I was very tired. How did Jin end up going?" I asked him as I remembered the drunk chef.

Hoseok chuckled as he turned a corner and headed down a narrow street towards the cafe with enthusiasm struck across his expression.

"Jin got home safely and he almost never has a hangover so he is always drunk. It's the norm really." This news from Hoseok didn't shock me but I was slightly surprised. When I met Jin he seemed like a professional at what he did- I didn't think for one moment that he was an alcoholic.

"You've known Jin for a while then?" I asked him in an attempt to understand who he was as a person and what his relationships within the workplace were like.

"I've known Jin ever since I started working at the cafe. That makes it about....nine years?" He seemed uncertain but I dismissed it, "we've been on many adventures with one another."

"And what about Jimin?"

"Jimin is my saviour. I owe him everything I have now. He took me under his wing and gave me a job when no one else would and have me the confidence to be myself and do the things I love. I've never wanted to be someone's Hyung before but I am so proud to be his." The soft expression within his face told me that he was happy with what he was doing and how things were going for him.

His statement told me that there was such a time where he struggled with unemployment. Maybe after moving out of his parents house? Or perhaps he got caught up in something that he wasn't supposed to. Either way, I believe I would've supported Hoseok just like Jimin would've- because Hoseok radiated so much pure potential.

"That's a very kind thing he did then." I commented as we pulled up in the parking lot and started walking toward the back entrance of the bakery after we had stepped out of the car.

"It really was and it's not just me who he has done this with. He even helped out Yoongi and yourself," he chuckled to himself, "I swear all he does is give, give, give."

We opened the back entrance and quickly put our things to the side as we tied our aprons around our waists and quickly began to set up the shop for the morning rush of coffee cravers. Jimin was no where to be seen and neither was Yoongi. But I suspected that the two of them were together somewhere.

Jin arrived a few minutes after us with a very refreshed look about his face. It almost looked like he hadn't gotten drunk last night and proposed that he was a stripper. Although he seemed fine I don't believe he wanted to mention it anytime soon so Hoseok and I left him to make the morning baked goods.

Hoseok and I spent the first fifteen minutes aligning chairs to tables and placing salt and pepper shakers upon the tablecloth. Once we had finished that we retrieved the flags and signs and begun to display them on the storefront.

As we worked together I couldn't help but become thrilled at what my evening was going to be like. There was definitely going to be mystery and suspense through the night as I danced with strangers. It gave me a boost of confidence that I didn't know even exsisted until I went there unintentionally.

"What are you so cherry about?" Hoseok asked me with a cocked brow as he wiped out mugs and glasses with his tea towel while leaning against the table with a cool attitude about him as he observed my cheery mood from across the counter. I did a fancy foot shuffle between the tables and began to spin as I placed down sugar packets and napkins within small metal baskets on the tabletop.

"I'm just in a good mood. I'm energised." I told him before listening to Jin's echoing voice from the kitchen.

"Then use some of that energy for these damn dirty dishes!"
