Harmony

Chapter 21

Once you walk into the apartment, you grab your homework and start hurriedly finishing all the questions. Yoongi comes and sits beside you and does that same. You both talk while you complete it and occasionally also help each other on it, mainly because you have the same homework.

Once you finish your homework, you and Yoongi just casually talk. Turns out you and Yoongi have more in common than you think. After a while you head into Yoongi's room. Now that you think about it, although you've been to their apartment multiple times, you've never seen what any of their shared rooms look like. The only thing you know is that his roommate is Jin.

When you walk in you see a giant shelf in the middle of the room.

The side you were facing had a bunch of stuffed animals and a lot of Mario figures. You guess he really likes Mario. But something stands out to you. A guitar stand holding a beautiful honey colored acoustic guitar. You knelt down so you could get a better look.

"It's Jin's" Yoongi says from behind you, "you wanna try it?" You nod and slowly pick it up. Before you start plucking the strings, He leads you to the other side of the shelf and sits you down on what you think is his bed. This side was more musical and less fluffy and cute, so this was obviously Min Yoongi's side of the room.

You start plucking a couple strings and start playing a melody that you had made a couple days ago. As you passionately play the guitar you hear something else being played. You look up to see Yoongi on a keyboard, playing something effortlessly, his fingers don't hesitate to switch keys, both tunes work amazing together and you couldn't help but be captivated by the man in front of you.

It was normally Yoongi who couldn't keep his eyes off of you, but today, at this very moment, you couldn't keep your eyes off of Yoongi. The sunlight coming from the window shined on top of him, he looked like he was glowing.

When you finish your last note, he plays a chord and turns to face you. It was all in a perfect harmony.

"You play better than Jin." He exclaims. You shake your head in disagreement, you have never heard Jin play, but you knew that he would be better than you.

"Hey, I didn't know that you could play keyboard, you're super good at it." You exclaim, he smiled at your compliment and he strides back into the main room. You take one last look through his side of the room and go to place the guitar back, then you stroll out the room.

"You want to eat something?" Yoongi asks as soon as he sees you.

"Didn't we just go to a restaurant?" You ask as you stroll next to him in the kitchen.

He smiles,

"That was almost 3 hours ago." You pull your phone out of your pocket and see that it is definitely almost 6:30.

"Ok then, Yoongi. Cook me something amazing. And make extras, the rest will be back soon." You say as you head towards the couch.

"Watch a movie or something. This might take a while." He shouts from the kitchen.

"I will do just that." You shout back. You grab the remote from the table and fall on top of the soft couch. You playfully scroll through all the movies and click a classic.

Mulan

"You actually." Yoongi says as soon as the oriental music from the screen meets his ears.

"I love this movie. Cmon Mushu is the best and Shang is hot." You respond. He chuckles and goes back to his cooking. As the movie goes on, you feel your eyes slowly close, you didn't realize how tired you were until you ended up drifting off to sleep.
