Gerard ran the 20 minuet walk to the address Donna had given him.
By the time he reached the house he was breathing hard and sweating.
He heard heavy sobbing as he reached the porch and his heart broke.
Thats Frank.
He yanked the front door open and stormed inside following the cries up the staircase and to a bedroom.
The door to the room was wide open and the sight before Gerard pushed him even further off the edge.
His beloved little Frankie was handcuffed to a bed,his father lashing at his back with a belt so hard it was bleeding.
The dad raised the belt and sent it down towards Frank once more.
In a flash Gerard was there,jumping infront of the belt before it could hit Frank.
It hurt really fucking bad.
Pain ripped through Gerards body but the adrenaline pumping through his veins kept him upright.
The dads face twisted into one of shock.
Before the man could recover,Gerard lunged at him.
The man tried to fight back but Gerard was furious and that made him stronger.
Frank wished he could have just stayed blacked out but much to his distaste he found himself waking up to somebody shouting,"YOUR A SICK MOTHERFUCKER!"
The voice was familiar.
It sent waves of relief throughout his body,calmed his heart,soothed his mind.
His eyes opened but everything was extremely blurry as if he had opened his eyes underwater.
All he could see was a blur of bright red.
Frank blinked rapidly to clear his vision.
It only worked somewhat but thats all he needed.
"Gerard?"He whispered but it came out silent.
His throat was raw from sobbing.
Gerard had his dad pinned to the wall,strangling him with the belt.
His dad looked at him pleadingly and Frank frowned.
It wasn't until he had passed out Frank attempted to stop Gerard by croaking out,"Gerard."
Gerard looked over his shoulder wide eyed before looking back towards the bastard he had the opportunity to kill at this moment.
"Just a few more seconds..." Gerard jumped slightly and looked to his left.
It was the little boy.
The hallucination that started all the others.
"He deserves it Gerard.Kill Him."The boy said persuasively.
"Gee,"Frank reached a hand towards him.
Gerards not a murder.
Frank knew Gerard wouldn't ever be the same if he killed somebody even if it was the man who ruined Frank's life.
Gerard heard the desperation in Frank's voice and slowly started to loosen his grip.
"What are you doing?!KILL HIM.HE HURT ME.HE RAPED ME GERARD!"The boy screamed.
Gerard froze staring at the boy as he shifted.
He no longer was a child but a man.
A short man.
Frank.
"Gee."Frank called from the bed louder this time.
The body hit the floor with a thud and the hallucination Frank frowned,disappearing.
Gerard hurriedly started to unlock the cuffs.
After a few moments Frank was free.
Gerard gathered his broken figure into his arms.
"I love you,"Frank whispered feeling himself beginning to cry once again.
"I love you too Frankie.It's gonna be okay."
