It's been hours. I'm now finally alone in the room. I have instant bruises from them and cuts all over my body. My top and jacket were ripped off earlier and I feel like they ripped my dignity away too. I am now sat on the ground in just a bra which is broken and jeans.

"Wake up beautiful" I heard a man say.

"How could I sleep here" I asked annoyed.

He turned the light on that hung over me. I feel like an animal being abused. They've locked me in this cage like I'm a freak. He stepped into view and it was robin. I sighed and looked down.

"You hungry" he asked opening the door.

"Where is my top" I asked shaking from the cold.

"Not down here. I asked you a question. Are you hungry" he growled.

"No" I replied with a sigh.

He threw the tray in his hand at me. I felt boiling hot soup hit my body and it burnt. The tray hit my head hard. The water bottle whacked my shoulder before hitting the floor. I jumped up in pain and tried wiping the soup off me.

"Oh Sorry. Let me help you with that" he says moving backwards.

Before I could even look up I felt cold liquid shot at me. It was powerful enough to knock me off my feet and against the cage bars. I can't see or breath properly with all this water. It stopped and I led on the ground fighting for a single bit of air.

"What the hell" I asked still catching my breath.

"Enjoy the cold Regina" he says laughing.

The light went off. I heard him turned the temperature down. Instantly I could feel it getting colder. My body is already cold enough. I'm going to freeze here. I know it. I silently started crying. I just want to be free.

"Regina" I heard a girl whisper.

I looked up confused who it could be and why they whispered. The light turned on but I still can't see her. She stepped into view.

"Penny? What are you doing here" I asked.

"Helping you. I was never mad at you. I'm here to help you. Here drink. You need to stay hydrated" she says unlocking he cage and holding the water to me.

"How can I trust you" I asked not moving for the water.

"Because why would I be mad at you? You can trust me to help. Here you need this water"

"Why? They gave me water" I say picking up the bottle on the floor.

"Don't drink that. You drink that and you'll be shitting for the next few hours. They put something in it that helps you shit. They want to humiliate you Regina and take your dignity. That's there main mission of this. Some of them want to hurt you badly" penny explains as she took the bottle from me.

"They already took my dignity. They ripped my clothes off and cut me with knifes while he rest laughed. Including you" I say shivering as my wet jeans got tighter.

"Regina trust me. I love your kids and I want you home to them. I promise this will end soon. I can't get you out now because they'll see"

"Fine. I trust you. Take my phone. Put it in rice and then charge it. It got wet when I was hit with water. Emma can't find me if it doesn't work"

Penny took her phone and I took the water. I quickly drunk most of it before giving it back. She smiled at me and left the room. I hope she doesn't stab me in the back. I was shocked to see penny here when I first came. She was fine when we broke up. All these other people have a reason but she doesn't. I just want Emma to get me out soon. I know I can't get on in my own.
