"You did what?" Emma practically screamed after I told her what happened at Niall's.

"I... may have kissed Niall Horan," I said sheepishly.

"OMG NO WAY!" She screams and I felt myself blush. I felt so embarrassed.

"He just wants to be friends though," I said sadly. I guess I got my signals mixed up. I was hoping he may actually have liked me. The way we danced at Christmas, the conversations we have and then he invited me to his house to watch a movie. I was so stupid.

"Still, you got to kiss the legendary Niall Horan," she said then sighed, "I wish I could kiss Harry."

"Don't worry hun. You will someday," I said patting her knee. We sat listening to the end of the song that was playing on the radio in the kitchen before Emma took a deep breath like she was working up the courage to do something and then spoke.

"Ok so this may be a little awkward after what just happened but you know how you are kinda friends with One Direction and I love them, like a lot and this is like a once in a lifetime opportunity and I was wondering if maybe next time you see them you can bring me along?" She said speaking very fast trying to say everything in one breath. Luckily I caught everything she said.

"Of course. I understand how you feel. Trust me." I said laughing.

We spend the rest of the day talking about our many fandoms and our classes. Eventually we end up watching Doctor Who which is how we normally end up. Today Emma surprised me by taking out a small sketch pad and she started sketching. I looked over her shoulder and saw a very detailed drawing of Matt Smith on the page. It was quite breathtaking actually.

"You're really, really good." I exclaimed and Emma smiled shyly.

"Thanks," she said looking up from her drawing and facing me with a smile on her face.

"Why aren't you majoring in art? You have talent girl!" I said shoving her lightly.

"I got a scholarship for writing actually but I sell my art online and it helped me pay for coming over here." She said.

I was shocked by her hidden talent. I wondered why she kept it secret from us. I guess it was the same reason I never talked about acting or singing with my old friends. They didn't understand what it meant to me. Just then I remembered I had a rehearsal with Samantha for our duet scheduled in ten minutes.

"Oh shoot Emma I have to go get ready I'm so sorry!" I said rushing to turn off the TV and gather my things.

"I'll see you later!" She said turning to walk out the door.

Me and Samantha met up once a week to practice. We had chosen a song by Taylor Swift's new album Red called I Knew You Were Trouble. It was quite popular right now and Samantha adored Taylor Swift so we chose that song. I could tell each rehearsal that she didn't like working with me. I'm pretty sure she thought I had some rare disease or that I was trying to steal her spotlight something I probably had Katie to thank for. I gathered my stuff and ran out the door praying that I wouldn't be late.

Sorry that it's really short and mostly dialogue I wanted you to get to know Diana's friends a little more before stuff happens ;)
