Journey's P.O.V
*Dream*
I ran down the hall as Regulus chased me. "Lacarnum Inflamarae!" The ball of fire hit my left arm, luckily not my wand arm. I screamed out in pain.
"Levicorpus!" I yelled at him. I heard a squeal, letting me know without turning around, that Regulus had been hit with the spell.
"Liberacorpus." I heard him say quietly to himself, along with a grunt as he fell to the ground. "Mobilicorpus!" He shouted at me. I turned down the hall, but the spell hit my foot and pulled me into the air upside down. I screamed at he twirled me around. Still holding me in the air, he walked to me.
He smirked at me. It wasn't like the cute and playful smirk Sirius often does - it looked evil. "My mom told me that Dark Lord was looking for you dead. She was going to have Sirius do the job of killing you, but I told her he would never do it. Those boys are all googly eyed over you/ There is no way Sirius could ever kill the girl he likes." The girl he likes? Sirius doesn't like me. Why should he? He has all his fan club girls. Regulus observed my face. "Anyways, that's why I pulled you out of Slughorn's room. Don't worry, death is painless."
I looked down at the floor, tears falling from my eyes. I knew there was no way out. When I looked back up, Regulus' face had changed to Sirius'. Sirius lifted his wand, lifting me in the process, before shouting the killing curse at me.
*End of Dream*
I sat up quickly and instantly regretted it. My head felt light and I took a second to get back to myself. I felt tears running down my cheeks and I was shaking violently. I looked to my left and saw Remus asleep, his head laying down next to me on my bed. On my right, I saw Sirius. I flinched and scooted over to Remus due to my dream.
What had happened last night? I shook my head, trying to remember. Bad idea, again. When I shook my head, it felt as if a baseball was bouncing around in my head. I pulled my hand up and rubbed my temple. I thought, once again, about what happened.
All I could remember was Regulus chanting spells at me and then someone calling my name and kissing my cheek. I looked to the two boys next to me and assumed they were my saviors. That's when I realized another sleeping boy. James was sleeping in a chair at my feet. I laid back down, rubbing my head and trying to recall events from the night before.
After a few minutes, Madame Pomfrey rushed over to me. "Thank god you're awake. I was starting to think you'd been put in a coma. It's been two nights!" I tried to think about what today is then.
"Um.. what is today?" I asked. Her eyes got wide.
"Oh, dear! That is not a good sign. I sense you have a little bit of memory loss! Well, first things first, I'm going to head down to the kitchen to get you some food. Stay in bed." She added the last part on sternly. I nodded, bringing back the pounding baseball. Madame Pomfrey left the room. I looked at my bedside table and saw a bottle of water, which I happily took a sip of. I also saw an assortment of candies - lots of which were chocolate. I smiled and took another sip of water.
I heard a yawn from next to me and saw Remus stretching. "Remus?" I said quietly. He looked over to me and I saw his eyes grow wide.
"Jo! You're awake!" He exclaimed. A grin lit up his face.
"Yes, I am! You must be quieter. I don't want to wake up the boys." I said quietly. Remus rolled his eyes and got up. He walked up to James and shook him rapidly.
I giggled as James said, "WHAT?! Mum! Stop." He opened his eyes and blushed sheepishly. "Journey! You're awake!" I giggled. Remus went to wake up Sirius, but I stopped him.
