S/O TO BONKYA FOR THE AMAZING DRAWING🥺

EMILY KIM LAZILY SCROLLED through her phone minding her own business, when suddenly her mom called her. She took a long sigh before sitting more properly before swiping on her screen to answer.

"Hello? Mom?" Emily smiled for getting an unexpected call from her mother, something her mother had rarely done.

"Emily! Are you almost to your apartment? I'm sorry we couldn't go with you, darling." Emily looked down at her hands then quickly looked at her maid Mrs. Park, she looked down at her watch putting up 10 fingers. Mrs. Park was in her mid 20's although she never looked like it, instead she looked exactly like Emily, a teenager.

"Well be there in 10 minutes. It's fine mom. I can do this by myself no need to worry! Plus I have Mrs.Park with me I'm sure everything will be alright. Now get back to work, dad just texted me saying you've been in the bathroom for half an hour. You know he isn't a patient person." Her mother groaned out in annoyance  as a door being opened and closed could be heard past the phone.

"That man is going to be the death of me. Well I have to go, darling. Mrs.Park will tell you all the information you need to know. Bye." Before she could even respond, her mother had already hung up on her. A frown grew over her features looking down at her now black screen. She threw her phone to the side dragging a hand over her face.

"Mrs. Kim would you like to know the information your mother was talking about?" Mrs.Park questioned avoiding the youngers gaze. Emily was a strong and powerful girl, she had power that no one could make up, but she didn't look like it.

"How many times do I have to tell you that you can call me Emily. You're my best friend!" Emily reassuringly smilled at her as Mrs.Park grabbed the file beside her.

"Shall you read it, or should I?" Emily slid down in her seat waving her hand in the air signaling for her to read. Mrs.Park coughed, opening the beige folder.

"You'll be going to attend Jae Won High School. Your dept is fashion. The rest of your schedule is on here let's see... I think that's mostly the important stuff." She looked out the window as she saw the beautiful apartment complex come into view. Her eyes gleamed in excitement, I'm finally away from my parents. She loved her family with all her heart, but having to go to meetings instead of hanging out with friends was taking a big toll on her.

"We're here, Emily." Mrs.Park says as the car came to a sudden stop.

Emily stepped inside the large beautiful apartment, the classy yet not so classy fitting Emily's style. She laughed as she twirled, her hair cascading behind her back. Mrs. Park smiled at the teen. Emily was like the daughter she didn't have, she had practically raised the teen.

"I love it!" She shouted landing perfectly on her couch. Letting out a big sigh, feeling freedom at last.

"I'm free." She muttered to herself before sitting up abruptly.

"Mrs.Park!" She teasingly yelled as her maid rolled her eyes at her walking as she sat across from the girl.

"I hate it when you call me by my full name. Just call me Yuri, you make me feel old when you call me 'Mrs.Park.' Just call me Yuri." Emily smilled at her nodding.

"What time do I enter school tomorrow?"

"7:30am."

"What the hell." She cries out banging her head against the hard part of her couch.

"I have to wake up so early."

"It's about time you go outside for fresh air Emily, you can't spend your whole life locked up in your room." Yuri said as she began to write down something.

"Okay okay. I'm going to sleep then." She mummered standing up, about to make her way up the stairs. She halted suddenly, turning on her heels.

"Where's my room exactly?" Yuri's laugh echoed through the apartment.

"Walk down the hall then to your right is your room." She nodded once as she walked up the stairs of her apartment.

She walked inside as she smilled at everything.

"This is great. Hopefully my life stays like that." She stared at the white celling as she slowly began to drift to unconsciousness.
