"Stupid Mack. I'll prove it to you, you smug bastard!" I fume as I furiously scribble on my score paper. I could feel my thoughts like a cloud of iron as I was writing. I took a swig of redbull and feel my brain pound as it dictated my thoughts. "This will be PERFECT!" I smirk.
"Binali, seriously come to bed. You've rewritten that score 100 times and that was just today!" Blake exclaims.
"Blake I really can't focus with you yelling at me every five minutes. Just go to bed and let me have my red-bull." I reach my hand out for the drink and find it no where. I look at Blake and he is pouring it in the trash. "BLAKE NO!" I jump up and rush over to him, he drops the empty can in the trash.
"Bed. Time. You're starting to resemble a gremlin." Blake says as he leads me away to the bed.
"But my score has to be PERFECT for Mack. I need to rub my perfection in his smug face." I say with fire coursing through my veins.
"Binali Mack is just an asshole professor. Just pass his class and be done with it." Blake says as he runs a hand through my messy hair. "You're driving yourself insane, just go to sleep and pick this up tomorrow."
"Yeah you're right... I really need some sleep." I mumble as I lay down.
"Good choice." Blake sighs as he settles in next to me. He wraps his arm around me, "good night."
"Night," I sigh. I try closing my eyes but my mind was still wide awake. "Blake?" I call softly after awhile and he doesn't reply. I smirk and try to pull his arm away to get up. I feel his arms tighten around me.
"Nice try. Sleep." Blake mumbles.
I huff, "this is stupid. I don't even need sleep. I just need a good grade from that bastard!"
"Just shut up, close your eyes, and stay still. You'll fall asleep." He grumbled
"Just sHut uP." I grumble as I close my eyes.

I place the perfect score on Mack's desk. If he even THINKS about not giving me an A for this one...I'm going to the head of the department. I grab my stuff and walk out of class, Izzy puts an arm around me. "You need a party missy. You're driving yourself insane over Mack."
I shrug off her shoulder, "I'm perfectly fine. A little challenge is good for the mind."
"Binali it wasn't a suggestion. We're going to a party. Not only are you driving you crazy, but us too." Izzy says. She taps my shoulder and smiles at me, "I'll text you the details later, make sure to wear something cute mkay?" She says before bouncing off.
"Wait-" I sigh as I watch her disappear into the crowd. "I hate parties..." I mumble with a frown. I turn away and go to the cafe to get something to eat.
"What's with the long face?" Beck asks as he sits next to me.
"I dunno. Izzy is dragging me to a party and Mack hasn't put grades in. I'm stressing." I groan and run my hands through my hair.
"Binali, I get you want good grades but it shouldn't be taking over your life like this. It's really not healthy. You have to live life, parties are not that bad! You can sit on the couch all night and be fine. Just try to have fun, forget about college and think about you." Beck advises.
I think for a moment then nod slowly, "yeah you're right! Forget Mack, I'm gonna go sit on a strangers couch and drink!" I cheer.
"Atta girl! Be safe though." Beck said.
