Dawn shot Fawn a look when their dad, Bobby, and Happy sat down at the table with them. Tig sighed and shook his head as he eyed his daughters.

"Girls, we have a problem."

Dawn lifted a brow and looked at him. "Do we?"

Tig nodded and stroked his goatee. "Yeah. See, we think there's some shady shit going on and were wondering if you two could clue us in."

Dawn shrugged as Fawn looked uncomfortable. "I don't know what you're talking about, dad."

Tig nodded thoughtfully. "No? See, I think Jamie's up to something but I just can't figure out what it is. Were you with her this morning?"

Dawn grinned a little. "I was, yes. Harmony and I had breakfast with her."

Tig nodded. "That's cool, but see, Tara left on an errand, then you showed up, but Tara hasn't come back, and now Gemma has left for parts unknown on another 'errand'. Can you see where we're confused?"

Happy spoke up. "And Freddie's missing. Know anything about that, little girl?"

Dawn smirked at her old man and nodded. "Yeah, she isn't missing. She and Harmony are spending some time with Jamie this morning." She turned an innocent look her dad's way, hearing her old man snort. "You wanted us all to welcome her with open arms, right? Make sure she feels welcome?" She shrugged. "That's what we're doing."

Tig nodded, grinning at his daughter's fake innocence. He turned to Fawn and gave her a smile. "I'm glad that you all are making her feel welcome because I plan on marrying her."

Fawn smiled. "Oh, dad, that's great! We can... "

Dawn kicked her sister under the table as she lifted a brow in her dad's direction. "He's lying, Fawn. He just wants information."

Tig shot his daughter a look as he put a hand on his chest. "I'm hurt that you would think that I would lie about something like that. I really do want to marry her."

Dawn studied her father for a moment before nodding. "Well, that's great, dad. I'm happy for both of you but... " She leaned forward. "There's nothing shady going on."

Tig sighed as he stood up and looked at Happy and Bobby. "They aren't going to tell us anything. I say that we go find out for ourselves."

Before Fawn or Dawn could stop them, they were headed for the front door and were ready to open it, when Gemma opened it herself and eyed the three men suspiciously. "Where are you going?"

Tig shook his head as Happy and Bobby backed up a couple of steps on seeing the matriarch standing in their way. "I'm gonna go see what kind of shit my old lady is up to."

Gemma shook her head as she poked a manicured finger in his chest. "You, my friend, have trust issues." She pointed to the table where Jax and Clay were sitting. "Go sit down. Nobody is going anywhere."

She watched as the three men backed down and walked back across the room. She sat down at the table with Fawn and Dawn and grinned as she lit a cigarette. "Phase one is complete."

Jamie laid her phone down and smiled at Harmony and Freddie. "Larry is squared away with a minimum of fuss. Now we wait."

The two other women grinned and nodded before they all started discussing Fawn and Dawn's baby shower. It was a while later when the office door opened and Wade came walking in. He looked at the two new women as he shut the door.

"Can I speak to you in private?"

Jamie shook her head and grinned. "Nope, but feel free to speak in front of Harmony and Freddie."

He gave her a look but nodded. "I can't get a hold of Larry. He was supposed to come by here this morning but he hasn't yet."

Jamie nodded as she pulled a pile of invoices over in front of her. "Larry's fine, just... tied up at the moment." Without looking up, she waved a hand at one of the empty seats in front of her desk. "Have a seat, Wade." When he was seated, she folded her hands on top of the invoices and looked at him. "I talked to Larry this morning, and he has some concerns about the new friends that you are hanging out with. Wanna tell me about it?"

Wade shook his head. "I don't know what you're talking about."

Jamie nodded. "Really? That's strange." She tilted her head and looked at him for a moment in thought before continuing. "What kind of deal do you have going with Darby?"

Wade shook his head but Jamie could tell that he was becoming nervous. "I still don't know what you're talking about."

Jamie nodded as she leaned forward a bit. "Let me tell you what I think. Feel free to jump in at any time to correct me if I'm wrong." She waited until she had his full attention, trying to ignore the smirks on Harmony and Freddie's faces. "I think that you made some kind of deal with him to deal through the Deuce, but since you know that I am fully against that, you're trying to get rid of me to make it a clear run for you. Am I close?"

Wade smiled as he looked at her. "Now, Jamie, you know that me and you go back a long way, and that there are certain things that you wouldn't want to get back to your old man and his club. I mean, murder is a big deal, even to a motorcycle gang."

Harmony looked at Jamie and shook her head. "May I address that?" When Jamie nodded, Harmony continued. "First, they aren't a gang, they're a club, and second, if you think a little thing like murder is going to bother my father or any of the other men, then you're sadly mistaken. Hell, they're more likely to throw her a party when they find out."

They heard a knock on the door and Jamie nodded to Freddie. "Can you get that? I think our other guest just arrived."
