We went outside to look for Abigail and the friend that was actually in the house while we were. I saw them, as they were talking to a young gentleman. He was yelling at them. I ended up running at the girls and into the tree beside him, my antlers piercing the bark. "Get lost before I don't miss. I won't miss a second time." I growled. He backed up and I snorted and turned back around, thankfully before Hannibal or Will turned the corner.
"Go you with your horns." Said Abigail's friend. I chuckled and smiled, for once thankful I had them. Hannibal and will ended up showing up minutes later, seeing us all jovially talking to each other. Just then, the girl's mother appeared, and they argued. In the end, we said our goodbyes and she left.
"Who was here? I heard a male voice." Will said. I shrugged. "He said he was some girl's brother. I don't know who he was talking about." Will nodded more to himself then to us. Hannibal also moved to look and when he saw my antler marks he scuffed away the evidence. I sighed, in relief and he looked to me. I smiled slightly and turned my attention to Abigail. "Whoever it was, he's gone."
After all this was done, we left to a motel in the city and stayed the night. I slept with Hannibal while Abigail slept with Will. Will soon moved to the couch, giving Abigail the bed to herself. Halfway through the night I couldn't sleep, and I got up. Of course, Hannibal being a light sleeper, it woke him up halfway. "Where are you going?" He asked calmly. "I need a drink... and a moment to think..." I said, and he nodded. "Wake me if you need anything else." He said groggily as he drifted off again to sleep.
I just put back the cup when I heard rustling in the other room. I curiously looked over and saw Will tossing and turning. Groaning and moaning. I rushed over and woke him up. "Will... are you okay?" he stumbled awake and he looked at me. "Y-yeah I'm fine." He stuttered. He wasn't that convincing, but I left him alone.
