The next morning, I woke up and had breakfast with the Crawfords before once again piling into Jack's car and going to work with him. He barely spoke the whole way there. The morning was normal, until nightfall when there was a report of another angel sighting.

Jack and Will told me that I would have to accompany them, as Hannibal was busy today with out of town events. I knew I would have to get used to this, so I just nodded and went along. I yawned while in the backseat of Jack's car, resting against Will.

He smiled and nudged me awake, when we had arrived. I rubbed my eyes and got out after him, as we soon saw the mid-air angel. I shuddered slightly and stayed pretty far away from it, mainly helping the cops keep onlookers away.

I heard footsteps and looked back to see Jack, and Beverly and the other guys come back, all except Will. I sighed and walked to Will, and realized he wasn't okay... He was shaking. But as I looked back, I couldn't see Jack or the others.

In reality, they were talking to the sheriff at the car, but I didn't know that, or think to look there. I jogged along the concrete sidewalks, looking for someone to help. By now, it had gotten sufficiently late and most people had gone to bed.

I saw a man just smoking at the corner and walked up to him. "I need help!" I said, as I stood beside him. "A friend of mine isn't doing so well." I said. He looked down at me, and gave me a sympathetic look. "Oh dear, lead me to him."

And so I did for a while, until I was lost. The man seemed to know that. And he was the reason I was lost. "Let me show you your true potential." He muttered as he put something over my mouth.
