The streets were filled with the same people just like every other boring day. Arno Victor Dorian an orphan who was adopted by inventor Maurice; watched from the rooftops as the villagers were busy scurrying around the streets getting as much as they could, get done in the morning. The town itself was filled with many bright colours none of those colours were blue. There are only two people in this whole village that wore blue and those two were Belle, the most beautiful and smartest woman in town and Arno the loveable but mischievous man.

"HEY! DORIAN GET BACK TO WORK" Arno snapping out of his daze after hearing the voice of his boss, you see the reason why he is up there was because he's one of the builders that fix all the buildings in this village, today he was up on the roof by himself, finishing off the thatching that he started from yesterday.

"After this, I won't be able to look at you again," Arno said out loud to the hammer "And now I'm talking to the hammer, I knew I was going to go mad up here". Finishing off the last knot, he climbed down to the edge of the roof getting a better look at the people.

"Bonjour Arno" Looking down Arno spotted his friend Belle waving up to him. "Would you like to accompany me to the bookshop?" She asked being hopeful that he will be able to join her.

"It would be a great honour madam" Arno replied as he mocked a bow, looking back at his work for the day he began climbing down the vines on the side of the house so he could get to Belle the quickest way possible. On the way down he noticed a bed of flowers on the window sill but one in particular caught his eye. Once on the ground, he held the blue flower out to Belle who began blushing at the sudden gesture "A beautiful flower for a beautiful girl" Belle looked at Arno fondly as he placed the flower into her hair.

"You always know what to say," Belle said bashfully. They continued walking in comfortable silence as the village began gossiping. Belle took Arno's hand before the two jumped onto the passing carriage. Still holding hands, they both looked at each other before letting go and looking away shyly.

The bookshop soon came into view; windows closed but the shutters were open, the sign swung peacefully with the wind the sound of the rusted hinges became obvious. Belle walked into the shop, with Arno following from behind.

"Ah, Belle and Mr Dorian" the book shop owner greeted happily to see his customers.

"Good morning, I've come to return the book I borrowed" Belle replied back, handing over the book as she climbed up the ladder to find another one to read.

"Finished already" The Bookshop owner replied with a hint of disbelief, This made Arno smile knowing how much Belle loved this book.

"I couldn't put it down"

"That's true she even slept with it, got to say I'm a bit jealous" Arno teased Belle, she stuck her tongue out at him as he gladly did the same thing back.

"Have you got anything new?" Belle asked

"Not since yesterday" The keeper replied amused at the two

"That's ok I'll borrow, this one" Taking out the book that Arno was all too familiar of.

"This one? you've already read it twice"

"Well it's my favourite far off places, daring sword fights, magic spells, a prince in disguise"

"Well since you like it so much you can have it"

"Oh but I can't"

"Belle I'd take it before he changes his mind" Arno joked, the shop owner laughed.

"Alright you two kids, go and enjoy the outdoors"

"Thank you" Belle called back as the two walked out of the shop and back into the streets, three people who were staring through the windows quickly pretended to be talking about something other than Belle and Arno, Belle walked backwards facing Arno "Oh look Arno this is the part where she meets him but she doesn't know that he was the prince". Belle spoke excitedly not seeing the skipping rope behind.
