[Marinettes POV]
I walked into class hesitantly my hand shaking at the thought of detention even the word made me worry. My parents love me and all but at some points it doesn't seem like it... They always leave me home alone sometimes for weeks on end and while they're gone they expect me to have no problems which means no detentions
"marinette you're late... Again" Ms bustier states and let out a small sigh
"sorry miss it won't happen again"
to be honest I knew it would happen again as I'm ALWAYS late but there's always hope right???
I slowly made my way over to my desk watching each step carefully to try to not embarrass myself in front of the class...but then again there was chloe.
I felt a tug at my foot and fell face first into the hard wooden floor.
"maritrash you really are pathetic you can't even walk to your desk without falling over and making a fool out of yourself no wonder nobody wants to be around you!"
I didn't even have to look up to know who done it...

I got up and brushed myself off but before I could say or do anything I felt a hand on my shoulder.
" marinette are you okay??? "
I look up to see a blonde haired green eyed boy staring down at me concern in his eyes.
"o-oh a-a-adrien y-y-yes don't worry I'm fine...." I said and mentally facepalmed myself *chloe was right I can't even talk to my crush without stuttering he will never like me*
And with that thought in my head I ran out.
