Chapter 14

The next day

Kuro, Trish and Florren leave to do their bounties

Ryku: "Have a good day and be safe you three." 

Sera: "So what should we do while we wait for Lika to wake up?"

Ryku: "I'm going to make me breakfast want some?"

Sera: "Sure can I have blueberries in my pancakes?"

Ryku: "Yeah but I'm going to have to get them from the forest because I do natural fruit not ones that get thrown away from the capital, so can you wait 15 minutes?"

Sera: "Yeah while you do that I make a cake that my mom taught me."

Ryku: "Okay I'm going to go change and head out."

Ryku heads to his room and starts changing into some regular clothes 

Ryku: "Alright I'm heading out see ya in 15."

Sera: "Okay see you soon."

Ryku heads out to the Blue Forest 

Sera: "Okay time to make Double Blue Cake for everyone so when they get back they can have a super sweet snack.

—12 Mlies away from the dragon's cave—

Kuro: "How much longer Trish?"

Trish: "We're 12 miles from the cave."

Kuro: "Okay, so what does this Iron Dragon look like anyways?"

Trish: "Rumors say that it can turn into the form of a person so be on your guard."

As they're getting closer to the cave the spot a long black-hair woman walking towards the cave

Kuro: "Um ma'am it's not safe here there's a dragon's cave up head.

The woman turns around and faces the girls

Woman: "Oh you're here looking for me?"

—At the Forest—

Ryku: "So munch should I get?"

Hears brushes rustling, he turns around and sees a little black bunny

Ryku: "Hey little guy you lost?"

He picks up the bunny

Riya: "Fluffles were you'd go?"

Ryku and Riya noticed each other

Ryku turns on surge

Riya: "Whoa hey I'm not here to fight you."

Ryku: "And why should I believe you, you tried to kill me the other day."

Riya: "I know that's because I had to because if I didn't they would kill me and my family."

Ryku: "Oh okay but where's your boyfriend huh he seems protective so me being near you would be a red flag to him."

Riya: "He's only my boyfriend because the council wants my family to be join with his, he doesn't truly love me in fact he wants nothing to do with me the only reason he saved me is because he didn't want the council to exile him if I were to die."

Ryku turns off surge

Ryku: "Okay I understand, hey you wanna hold him?"

Riya: "Um...sure I guess so."

He hands Riya the rabbit 

Ryku: "So Fluffles?"

Riya: "Yeah I think it's cute."
