Chapter 15

FROM NOW ON IM WRITING IN POV AND NOT WHAT IVE BEEN DOING AND SOORRY FOR LATE UPDATES I HAVE SCHOOL AND WRITERS BLOCK.

Sera's POV

As I listen to Riya's reason on why she tried to kill Ryku I noticed that Lika is trying so hard not to blow up on either one of them but I can't even tell her not to blow up because I was about to blow up on Ryku for standing up for her. Riya finished telling us her reason, "So Ryku why are you standing up for her?" I asked him. "Because I knew you two would attack the moment you saw her so instead of creating a fight I figured if I'd step in you two wouldn't try to" he told me. "Well she doesn't need to be holding your arm like you two are together!" Lika yelled at him. I noticed that Lika has a point, she was holding onto his arm like they were together but what me makes mad is that he isn't saying anything about that. "So why are you holding onto his arm Riya?" I asked with some anger in my voice. "Why does that matter to you, neither of you aren't with him, why are you jealous?" She asked with some cockiness. I got so angry that I about jump at her, but I felt a hard tug on my tail and I see Lika telling me don't do it. Riya moved away from Ryku's side and before I said a word, I saw a little black bunny in her other hand and it made sense on why she was holding onto him, she wanted to protect the bunny.

Lika's POV

I saw the little bunny in her hand and all I thought was she was using it as an distraction but when I saw her hand to Ryku and he smiled at her, I got so mad I wanted to shock him but that wouldn't work because he can't get hurt by lightning. "Hold him please Ryku while I put up my hair?" She asked in some what of girlish voice like her and him were friends. So Ryku holds the bunny and she puts her purple/red hair in a ponytail, and I'll admit her hair is pretty. "Can we please eat I'm starving." Ryku asked with his stomach growling like a wolf. "Fine but we're not done with this conversation got it mister?" I said to him.

The group walks into the house and start making plates for breakfast/lunch.

Ryku's POV 

As we're getting ready for breakfast/lunch I noticed that Lika and Sera are upset and I was confused then I looked at Riya, I put two and two together and realized that they didn't like the fact I was chilled about Riya holding on my arm like we were together and now they're jealous. "So um...Lika I was wondering if we were still going to practice with your grimoire." I asked scared that she might try and shock me. "Yeah we're still going to practice but instead of Sera being the target it's going to be Riya." She said giving Riya a death glare. "Okay what the hell is your problem with her?" I asked with some concern. "Nothing besides the fact all of sudden you're friends with the girl that tried to kill you the other day with her 'boyfriend!!'" She yelled with anger in her voice. "We heard her out, so honestly what the hell is your deal?!" I asked getting a little upset. Before anyone else said a word I sensed a demonic presence that was just outside the gates of the village, and with that feeling I turned on surge and ran out the house  ran as fast I could to the gates and when I got there I saw a hybrid of demon/man, and with that I knew that I had to deafeat him.

Riya's POV 

When Ryku ran out the door I sensed Marcus's presence and I ran after Ryku to see if I could help, but I when I got out the house both Lika and Sera came with me and stopped me from joining Ryku. "He's really serious, I've never seen so much fear in his eyes and he knows that he has so much fear too, we need to get his sisters." She said with so much sadness and fear in her voice. "Why we can help him can't we?" I asked. "No he wouldn't want our help because he doesn't want us to get hurt so we can't get in his way come on we have to get his sisters." Sera said with tears in her eyes. Hating the fact to leave Ryku to deal with Marcus, we left to get his sisters. 

Ryku's POV 

As I'm about to fight this mystery demon, I think to myself what to do I don't know his powers, and I don't even know if he's one of the Dark Elementals , so with these thoughts running thru my head, I cleared my head and foucused on defeating the enemy in front of me. "I suppose introductions are in order, my name is Marcus and I'm the Shadow Elemental of the Dark Elementals, and you're Ryku I heard a lot about you, like how you're a demon just like me." He said with a terrifying smile. With that alone it scared the shit out me were I reacted by turning on surge and charged at him with a fist full wind/lightning, and the fight that changed my life forever began.
