Robin's P.O.V cont.
The sensation felt one hundred times more powerful than it did before. It sent blood gushing through my veins and I felt warm, I was no longer cold or frozen. I felt alive, properly alive. Her fingers traced my jawline and my shoulders, creating bursts of heat that made the chills disappear.
I wasn't sure what Maria was doing or if it was even her but what ever it was it felt right.
My heart started to pump the liquid in my body to the tips of my fingers and they twitched and I could at last feel them.
Her fingers left my face and the blood slowed down again and went back to its normal state.
"I am so sorry Robin" Maria said, her fingers brushing under my eye slightly creating warm currents.
'But Maria, I feel fine' I thought. I felt her body shift from the bed and I wanted to reach out and grab her but I couldn't. If felt like a heavy weight holding me down, refraining me from moving so much as inch.
Maria's P.O.V
I left the room with my head down and my hands quivering. Alex glanced up at me as I hurried down the stairs and I carried on until I reached the main door which I swung open only to be drizzled on by a heavy downpour. I slammed the door shut and headed for the sitting room where I curled up with a blanket rested over me, and attempted to sleep for the night with tear stained cheeks.

"She can't know" Uncle's voice said.
"Why can't the poor girl know?" Loveday questioned.
"I, I think she'll find it best to find out for herself"
Loveday sighed "Well, I suppose so"
I wasn't sure if I was dreaming or not but as soon as I opened my eyes I was blinded by the sunlight streaming through the window. I squinted and pushed the heavy blanket off of me and waddled to the door. It creaked open and I was greeted by Uncle who gave me a worried smile.
"Is everything alright?" I squeaked.
"Yes, yes it is" Uncle replied, straightening up.
"I'm going to change" I announced, dozily walking towards the stairs.
"Very well" Uncle turned away towards the hall.
I took my time walking up the wooden steps. My head felt a little dizzy and my fingers were tingly. I pushed open my chamber door only to see that to my surprise the bed was empty. They wouldn't take Robin away without telling me? Or would they? That must have been what Uncle and Loveday were discussing. The bed was made and the drawers and wardrobe were wide open. I sighed and picked out a red pullover and grey long skirt from the drawers and pulled them on and rolled up the sleeves of the jumper. I pushed my hair back with a grey head band letting a couple of lose strands fall across my face.
A clang that seemed to be coming from the bathroom made me almost jump out of my skin. I grabbed the nearest candles stand and stalked up to the door pushing it open with my fingers when it was already opened infront of me. I lifted the stand up in defense and the noise drifted out of the door to hit me in the face as I realised what it was. There infront of me was the curly haired boy with a towel wrapped around his waist and a confused look on his face. The stand automatically fell from my grip and my arms wrapped around his neck, with tears staining my face.
We didn't say anything, just stood there in each other's arms.
Robin spoke first, "Miss me?"
I pulled away "Miss you? Of course! I - I didn't - I don't even know!" I gave up trying to say a reasonable sentence.
