"Where am I!?"

I frantically tossed around, hurting myself after every rebound. I lunged myself forwards to hear the sound of iron.
Small, iron...
The bullies must have shut me in a locker. I know how to get out. It's simple, really. I pushed open the door with all my might and landed on the floor.

That was the last thing I remembered before blacking out.

Earlier that day...

I looked into the mirror and saw my simple refection. My long flowing dark brown hair let down, but with an antenna on the top of my head and my piercing green eyes were the first things I saw. Then I looked down and there was my purple short-sleeved t-shirt. My yellow skirt and shoes to complement it. And my black leggings because... I don't like tights! They're too tight. The last thing I noticed was my short stature.
"Bellatrix!" Come on! We're going! You are going to an elite school, and your talent is Luck. Okay?"
Right...

Back in the present...

"Bellatrix?"
"Bellatrix?"
"OI! WAKE UP!"

I scrambled up to my feet, looking around. It was a classroom I had never seen before. Boarded up. I was met with a familiar face. A girl with a long, blonde, flowing ponytail and sky blue eyes wearing a light blue hoodie and jeans looked at me. I was in a state of shock. For a moment, I didn't know this person. Then it clicked.

"Roxy?"
"Bellatrix?"

We hugged, jumped up and down, and did all the simple things, until...

WHIRR! BZZZT! WHIRR! BZZZT!

"W-what was that?"

We peeked out of the classroom door to see a completely blank hallway. There were vines and grass everywhere. A lone bench across from us. We stepped out the classroom, cautiously, and started to walk down the seemingly never-ending corridor. When we were about to turn a corner, Roxy stopped me and turned around the corner. She looked for about 2 seconds and then turned to me, her face saying all.
"Run."
I turned around the corner as well to find a mechanical monster. A beast made out of scrap pieces of metal sheets and wires. There was a cover, obscuring the user from view. When I turned back around, Roxy was crawling out from under the bench. In my mind, I thought, "Run." But I actually said:
"NOPE! NOPE! NOPE! RUN!"
Roxy followed me and the machine followed us. We turned corners, avoiding obstacles and other things until we found a set of double doors. We pushed them open, only to fall on the ground. When we looked up, we saw them all.

The new students. The new students of...

Hope's Peak Academy.
