** Third Person's P.O.V **

After the short encounter Dream. They all went home. Ink was still speechless after that. Served him right for whining so much. The author made him whines like because of one reason. Ink is overprotective of Cross. Ever since Nightmare abused him, Ink couldn't keep the thought away, he couldn't accept the fact that Cross was hurt. He didn't like that.

Everytime Nightmare speaks up of something, Ink is always quick to disagree because he didn't want Cross to be hurt. He didn't want any of Nightmare's ideas to hurt Cross in some way, he didn't want that. Even Chara agrees with him. Chara still doesn't trust Nightmare, Chara knew that Cross is very gullible like the author of this book.

They immediately trust someone even after they left them to drown (OOF). Ink thought of himself trusting Nightmare would lead to major regret. He didn't trust him until he proves himself worthy of being trusted.
This probably proves that Ink has trust issues. Like the author's sister who apparently is sitting next to while writing this chapter.

Cross wandered around the castle. He was thinking. He needed space to think about what happened earlier. Meeting Dream once again was enough to make him happy, but the question that was nagging against the head of his non-existent brain was too much to handle.
