Waking up to my alarm I set at eleven so I wouldnt sleep in to late I get up and go to the kitchen to start coffee. Going to the bathroom to take a quick shower and get dressed in white dress thats a little over the knees and some white flats to go with it. Curling my hair a little after drying it to make it look cute I hurry and get everything I need and grab some coffee to go. Going downstairs to knock on Patty's door and seeing Jorge answer. Smiling at me he kisses my cheek and lets me in.

"Where you off to sweetie? You look beautiful." I smile and kiss his cheek once I'm in. "I'm taking Myrcella to the zoo but first I have to get my schedule and books at the college." I say walking with him to the kitchen to see Myrcella eating lunch.

"Mommy!" She says once she see me and hops off the chair to run in my arms. "Are we going to the zoo?" She asks me once I'm done hugging her. I nod and look down at her outfit, she's wearing a blue button down shirt with white shorts and blue flats. "Hey sweetie where are you going?" Patty asks.

"To the college first so I can grab my schedule and books and I promised Myrcella that I would take her to the zoo today." I always promised her a trip to somewhere that she wanted to go when I had to escort and miss out on a couple days.

"Okay why dont you take the car?" I nod and thank them before taking her bags and putting them upstairs and heading back down with Myrcella. Unlocking their 2016 Honda Cr-V, I put Myrcella in the back on her booster seat they already had for her and get in the drivers side and start the car.

Driving down the road towards Brooklyn I turn on some tunes for me and Myrcella sing to. Coming on was Classic by MKTO, turning it up a little more when I get to a stop light. Starting to sing together and going to different songs together Myrcella was a laughing mess and so was i.

Parking into a spot close enough for us to walk I help Myrcella out and hold her hand. "What are we doing here mommy?" Myrcella asks looking around seeing it's not the zoo. "Sorry sweetie making a quick stop to get some things for mommy. We will go to the zoo after this okay? It will only take ten minutes." I say to her and swinging her around in a circle to make her giggle.

Getting to the front doors I open it up and let Myrcella walk in first and go to the office seeing Mrs. Walter sitting in front of the computer. "Hello Iris! So good to see you. Myrcella! How are you angel?" Mrs. Walter has been a very kind woman with my three years of college and now was my last. I was excited it was going to be my last. Picking up Myrcella on my hip so she can see Mrs. Walter better I lean against the desk.

"Hi Mrs. Walter, I need my schedule and then I need to get my books for my classes." I say and she starts typing on her computer and talks to Myrcella how her summer was and prints out my schedule for me and hands it over. Looking down at it I see that I have Insurance Reimbursement with Mrs. Smith, Medical Transactions Mr. Knox, Introduction to Sociology Miss Price, General Psychology Mr. Harbor, and finally Buisness class with Mr. Mustread. Thanking her and still carrying Myrcella on my hip I continue to the bookstore.

Getting my books I take Myrcella's hand and we walk back to the car and I put the books in the passengers seat with my schedule in one of the books so it wouldnt be lost. Looking at the time it's 2:35 and that I'll have to get dinner in town. Starting the car and making sure its clear to drive in a lane I head off to the zoo.

Exiting the zoo with Myrcella in my arms and head on my shoulder, I head to the car and buckle her in. "What would we like for dinner?" I ask once she's buckled. "Pizza!" Laughing at her and getting in the drivers side I take my phone out to text Patty that we are getting dinner and if they need anything to let me know before I leave.

Pulling up to a pizza hut I help Myrcella out and we grab a booth to sit in. "Cheese pizza with stuffed crust?" I ask, already knowing thats what we will get. Nodding her cute head we wait for a waitress to come take our order. Once a young waitress comes over to take our order and also giving me a look of disgust first since I'm here with a child but it's not the first time. I never let it get to me because I'm strong, well try to be.

"I wish we could live in Brooklyn." Pausing my eating I look at Myrcella with confusing. "Why you say that sweetie? Ridgewood is a good city to you know. And besides could you be far from grandma and grandpa?" I ask. She chews slowly while she thinks for a while.

"It's nicer here is all. But your right I dont want to be far away from grandma and grandpa, they miss me to much for sure." Laughing at her, we finish our pizza and get the bill. Also getting a box to for the left overs. Leaving a $10.00 tip for her and I know that she was rude and gave me a disgusted look I had to be the bigger person. I know how it was being a waitress only making $1017.36 a month didnt really help with bills and that's why I did the escorting.

Helping Myrcella back in the car and making sure she's buckled I see that it's 8:30, way past her bedtime. Heading towards home Myrcella fell asleep on the way. Parking and shutting the door as quietly as I could I go to Myrcella's side and put the left overs on top of the car and get Myrcella out. Holding her head on my shoulder and putting a arm under her butt since she's still asleep and no support from her, since her arms are dangling at the side. Having the keys in my hand I locked the door and walking up the stairs and going to Patty's first I knock and wait for someone to answer.

Patty opens up the door and first notices Myrcella asleep. "Hey I left my books and schedule in the car, I'll get them tomorrow at the diner. Is that okay?" I whisper to her handing the keys to. She nods and after saying goodnight I walk up the stairs and unlock the door.

Getting Myrcella in her bed I take off her shoes and just let her sleep in her clothes, I already learned my lesson last time I tried and let's just say wasnt a good idea to wake up a child. They get very cranky, is all I'm really going to say. Going to the kitchen I put the left over pizza in the fridge and head to my bedroom.

Getting some pjs on I tuck myself In, making sure to set my alarm for Myrcella and plugging it in the charger. Laying down I wrap the covers around me and begin to drift off to sleep.
