When a Qrow lands near a Rose

Mission

Summer and I walked into the headmaster's office and there was Professor Ozpin, sitting at his desk drinking coffee. The coffee mug had the kingdom's symbol on it. We walked to the middle of the room and stood in front of his desk.

"Good morning Mr. Branwen and Ms. Rose. I thought there were four members of your team," he said noticing that Tai and Raven weren't here.

"They got sick," Summer replied.

"Really," Ozpin sounded surprised

"Come on Summer just because he's a teacher doesn't mean that he won't understand. They had a couple of drinks last night and now have a hangover," I responded to Ozpin.

"Well then, they should get their rest but they will be getting a bad grade on this assignment. A huntsman and huntress should always be ready for anything," Ozpin said getting up from his chair. He turned around and looked out his giant window that over looked the whole school.

"If you don't mind me asking, what assignment?" Summer asked.

"Well I was going to send your whole team but I guess you two will do. There have been spottings of Grimm roaming around a small town. They have asked for a team of huntsman and huntresses to help them out. And I thought your team would be perfect."

"When do we leave," Summer responded.

"Some time this morning," Ozpin said turning back to us.

"We'll have to go back to our dorm to grab a couple things but then we'll leave. So I guess we will be ready in half an hour," Summer said to Professor Ozpin.

"Very well."

Summer and I turned around and walked out of his office. We walked in silence until we got to the court yard. Then Summer turned to me and smiled. I looked down at her and smiled back. She reached up and grabbedy hand. I squeezed her hand and continued to walk forward to the dorm.

"You realize were going on this mission by our selves right?" Summer told me.

"Of course," I responded.

"Let me refrase this. We'll be ALONE," Summer said hitting at the word, alone.

Then I suddenly realized what she meant. She was hitting at the fact that we could do ANYTHING. I was so surprised at what she said. I felt myself blushing so much.

"S-s-summer!?! W-what the hell," I stammered.

"Hahaha! I'm just kidding. You should have seen your face," She was laughing so much that she was starting to weez from laughting to hard.

"It wasn't funny."

"Oh yes it was."

Summer reached up and kissed me on my cheek. We continued walking to the dorm, started to pack, and then left for our mission.
