Y/N: "I-i don't know"
I said blushing and smiling really big. I shrugged.

An: "Oh Y/n, don't deny it"
Ash: "There's clearly something going on between you guys"

Y/N: "As I said, I don't know. I don't know how he feels"
Jack and Corbyn joined the conversation.
Ja: "Oh Y/n, come on! You clearly like each other! Everyon-"
I quickly covered his mouth.

Y/N: "Shhhh! Don't scream Jack!"
Ja: "Sorry! But Y/n seriously, everyone can see it"
Y/N: "I don't knowwww! I don't know how he feels"

C & Ash: "So you like him!"
They said in sync. They high fived each other.

Y/N: "Uhh why do you think that?"
C: "Well, you said that you don't know how he feels about it..."
Ash: "So you didn't deny that you like him..."
An: "And that's why we know it"
Ja: "You just exposed yourself, dummy"

I sighed of frustration. Why am I so dumb. I mentally face palmed myself.
Y/N: "Okay then. Maybe I like him, maybe!"

C: "Y/n..."
Ash: "Now the truth, please"
I crossed my arms.
They all stared at me.

Y/N: "Okay fine! I like him!"
C: "See!"
An & Ash: "We knew it!"
Ja: "ZACH! Y/n li-"
I covered his mouth again.

Y/N: "JACK! Shut the fuck up!"
Luckily Zach didn't hear him.
Y/N: "I swear to god Jack, if you do that one more time. I know where the knives are and I'm not afraid to use them"
I glared at him.
He looked terrified.

C: "Uhh Y/n, c-calm down" He laughed nervously.
I slowly walked to Jack. He backed up until his back hit the wall.
I looked him in the eyes.
He swallowed nervously. I could see he was scared.

*Zachs P. O. V*
I left with Isla to set the table. While we were doing that she said something.

I: "It's cute that you like Y/n"
She said really serious and continued setting the table.
I was honestly shook. Where did that come from? Was it so obvious? This kid is like what...ten? and she sees it?

Z: "Y/n? Pff no she's sweet, but I don't like her like that"
I said nervously, not making eye contact with the little girl.
She stopped with what she was doing, crossed her arms and looked at me.

Z: "What?!"
I: "Don't lie to me Zach"
Z: "I'm not lying!"
I: "Zach, come on. Everyone can see it"

Z: "Isla I'm not ly-"
I: "Why would you hug her and kiss her cheek in the kitchen then?"
Wow, what the heck?! She really knows.

I: "Right, no explanation for that. You like her"
Z: "Okay fine, I do like her. How do you know?! You are like ten years old!"

I: "Ha I knew it. Oh Zach, it's so obvious. Even a blind person could see it"
Z: "Oh damn, really?! Is it that obvious?!"
I: "Yep, but I think it's cute"
She smiled.
I sighed.

I: "You have to ask her out!"
Z: "What?! No"
I: "Yes! You like her. Ask her out on a date or something"
Z: "No, I don't think that's a good idea"
I: "Why not?"
I sighed.

Z: "She probably rejects me and doesn't like me"
I: "Not sure about that. I thinks she likes you too"
Z: "I'm not sure, what if she doesn't?"
Isla sighed and rolled her eyes.

I: "What if? Bleh bleh"
Z: "Uh wow, what's with your additude all of a sudden"
She laughed.

I: "I'm sorry. But I mean if you only think of the negative 'what ifs' and the things that can go wrong you'll never try it. What if she does like you? What if she does say yes? You didn't think about that did you?"
I shook my head.

I: "Right, so grow some balls and just ask her, that's the only reason to find out. And if she says no, but I'm more than a hundred procent sure she doesn't say that, I don't think she doesn't want to see you anymore or hate you or something. I think you can still be great friends"

Z: "Maybe you're right, but I don't know"
I: "Just man up Zach. I know you can do it"
She smiled.
Z: "Yeah you're right, I can do this! Thanks Isla! I didn't see that coming from a ten year old"
I laughed.

She did a cute little hairflip and laughed.
Z: "But please don't tell Y/n or anyone else"
I: "Okay! I promise, but only if you promise to ask her out"
I: "Pinky promise"
She held her pinky out.
Z: "Pinky promise!"
I said as I hooked my pinky with hers.

I: "And if you need help to ask her out or something else, tell me"
I laughed at her.
Z: "I can't believe a ten year old just manipulated and convinced me and gave me some life lessons"
We laughed and continued setting the table.

*Y/Ns P. O. V*
Jacks back was against the wall and he was so scared. I was really close to him and he almost pooped his pants.
I narrowed my eyes and looked at his.

Y/N: "I'm just kidding, Jack!"
I said as I backed up and playfully hit his chest. I heard the others sigh in relief.

Y/N: "I would never do that, but I was serious about that you can't tell anyone"
Ja: "Uh y-yeah"
Y/N: "You were so scared! All of you!" I said laughing and turned to the others.

Y/N: "Your faces were priceless, especially yours Jack"
But honestly he deserved it. Someone had to put him in his place for once. He is always the one who's joking and doing things like this.
I hugged Jack and we finished cooking.

We ate dinner with the families and did some karaoke later on the evening. They all went home and I removed Zachs make up.

He gave me a little kiss on my lips and went to his bed. I got ready for bed too and fell asleep quick. It was a fun day.
