There was no word to explained how confused Y/n was. Confuddled would be the better answer though, because after seeing the woman hanging off her brother's arms, there is no way in hell he would get a beautiful woman like that, to go out with him. But of course, her family thought he was their golden child. Sure, he was an actor, but he was a fucken diva. So she knew there was no way that she would go out with him.

Eh, at least she didn't have to listen to them blabber on and on about him.

Y/n sat at the picnic table and slowly nursed her hard lemonade, that she sadly had to hide from her mom. She understood why her mom was so protective of her, but sometimes she was a bit too much. And her mom promised that this reunion was suppose to be fun. The only fun thing she's done is... well, nothing. All she's done is sit at that damn picnic table and played on her phone. And like usual, she's been ignored.

Her family acts like she has a disease and if they get too close, they'll catch it. And of course, he dad always told and taught her to be strong, so she acts like it doesn't bother her and just stays quiet. She's honestly the good girl of the family, but she get's ignored because of it.

Y/n rubs her temples, before running her fingers through her hair. Aspirin, that's what she needs. She grabs her purse and digs through it, looking for her small pill bottle. Taking two capsules out, she swallows them and takes a gulp of her water before laying her head on her arm.

But she sadly gets pulled away from maybe taking a nap by someone shaking her shoulder. Her head pops up and she looks up to see her brother smiling smugly at her. The woman on his arm, Megan fucken Fox, gives Y/n a small smile, which she happily returns.

How much did you pay her to date you? Y/n sends him a smirk, which widens when his face gets red.

I didn't fucken pay her! I'm hot and she knows it. She wanted some of me, and I can't blame her. He shrugs his shoulds and smiles, but she snorts and claps her hands.

You wish. Don't lie bro, I know you. Mom and dad, hell everyone in this family may be blind, but I'm not. No pun intended. He sends her a glare, before looking at Megan with a smile, no doubt telling her lies about Y/n. He's done it before, she doesn't doubt he wouldn't do it again.

And he must have because before she can question it, Megan's pulling her in for a tight hug, and her brother's snickering behind them. Once they pull away, Y/n sends Megan a smile, and the smile she sends Y/n in return... makes Y/n's heart melt. So beautiful.

Her brother's head pops up, and he nods, sending Y/n his charming smile. Quit mopping and don't be a bitch today. He pulls Megan away before Y/n can reply, but Megan gives her a small wave and soft smile.

She sighs and sits down, picking up her phone again and seeing if she can get any farther on Candy Crush.

By the third game she plays, she feels the table shift and feels someone sit next to her and is pleasantly surprised when Megan sits by her, her mouth dropping a bit.

The actress smiles and taps on her phone, silently asking to use it. Y/n exits out of her game and hands it over, Megan immediately looking through it before she finds the notes app. She starts typing away, and Y/n gives her a confused look before Megan hands her back her phone.

This is the easiest way I figured we could talk without your brother or family interfering or whatever. Y/n smiles and quickly types back, then hands her the phone.

My family is always meddling. But I do have a question. Honestly, I know my brother, how did he get you, because he's a diva and a jackass and there's no way someone as beautiful as you, would go out with him. She sees Megan laugh, before her fingers speed over the screen.

We aren't dating, I was bored and he asked if I wanted to come. He said free food, and I was here. And yea, I would never go out with your brother in a million years. I honestly don't want to work with him again... He's a handful. Y/n can't help but laugh and nods, feeling sorry for what Megan had to go through. But before she get's a chance to reply, Megan takes the phone again and starts to type. Besides, I'm more into girl's.. Y/n looks up at the actress, who sends her a wink, before letting her have the phone.

Holy shit... um, I'm gay too?

Sounds like you know know. Megan replies as she sends Y/n a smirk.

I am gay. I just, you're hot, you can easily get me bothered. The actress smiles and shakes her head.

Thank you for the compliment. And if you'd like, can I take you for dinner? Y/n pretends to think of the answer, prompting Megan to glare playfully at her.

Alright, I guess so. The text is oozing a dramatic and sarcastic reply. Megan shaking her head, but smiles. She quickly puts her number in and sends herself a text.

I'll text you later cutie. The actress stands and walks back to her brother who immediately wraps his arm around her waist. Y/n smiles at her phone and sighs. At least her brother isn't getting the girl, she is.
