Y/n smiled as the camera's flashed, posing with her best friend, before she had to pose with her bandmates. The paparazzi's screamed at them, calling their names and asking for poses.
Jesy couldn't help her blush as she watched her friend, who hated getting her picture taken, become so confident and sexy. She's never seen Y/n like this, and it was pretty entertaining.
"Jesy! Another pose with her!"
Someone called out, not even being able to protest if she wanted because Y/n pulled her close and wrapped her arms around the singers waist as she pressed a kiss to Jesy's cheek. A few photographers chuckled, seeing the singers face become redder. Sadly, for Jesy, it was over too soon and the singer had to go back to her bandmates and pose with them for a while.
"Go have fun okay? I'll meet you at the table." Y/n nodded and pressed a kiss to Jesy's cheek and muttered, "I love you," to the singer. Jesy's smile couldnt be contained, her friend's laughing when they see how wide their friend's smile was. They just hoped Y/n wouldn't break their sisters heart.
After the many pictures and two interviews, they finally headed inside and to their table. As thought, Y/n was already sitting down, and holding a glass of wine, the girls favored drinks already waiting. Each girl kissed Y/n's forehead or cheek, Jesy's kiss lingering before the singer sat down next to her.
Jesy couldn't help but wish she could kiss her. God, all the time she wanted to kiss Y/n, there weren't enough finger's to count. Hell, with everyone in this room, maybe there would be enough. But she couldn't help it, Y/n had very kissable lips. She did wish thwur relationship was more though. She hated being 'just friends', but she understood why. Everyone close to Y/n either left, or died. Her grandma died on her birthday, her first girlfriend left because her family didn't like she was gay. Her mom left when Y/n was 18 for another guy and started a new family. Everyone that was close to Y/n left and she had placed her walls up high. At least she knew Y/n liked her back, she just didn't want to get hurt again.
As the awards started, Y/n took Jesy's hand and squeezed it, before giving it a soft kiss. That melted the singers heart. She loved small moments like that. Y/n gave her a wink, sending the singers heart fluttering. Jesus, she was in deep.
When it was time for the girls category to be called, they all held hands and waited.
"And the best British Music Video goes too.... WOMAN LIKE ME FEATURING NICKI MINAJ!"
The girls jumped up screaming, Y/n hugging Jesy tight before pushing her to go with her girls, whistling and cheering for them as they walked up stage.
After a small acceptance speech, and saying thank you to everyone, they walked back and Y/n tackled them in hugs.
Sadly, the exciting night comes to an end, and Y/n goes back to her flat with the girls in tow. Perrie, Jade and Leigh-Anne go to sleep early, which was a shock to Y/n and Jesy, as they stayed up for a while longer. Y/n fixed them something to eat, before they cuddled up on the couch and watched whatever was on.
"Y/n..." Y/n looked over at her friend with a raised eyebrow, smiling at her friend's whisper. Jesy doesn't say anything, instead, she leans close and kisses her friend, tasting the pizza sauce on her friends lips. Y/n sits there frozen, before pulling away and sighing.
"Jesy, please..."
"No, you know I won't leave or hurt you. I'm in love with you Y/n and I will try my fucken hardest to protect you and keep you safe, just let me have a chance first." Y/n sighs and leans back into the couch, taking a bite of her pizza.
"I know.. I'm just scared Jes. You and the girls are like sisters, not you, that would be gross, but still. I don't wanna lose you when or if something happens. But I like you too, more than like though, but still. I do wanna do this."
"So, a date?" Jesy asks with a small smile that turns wider when Y/n nods. Jesy dances in her seat, causing Y/n to laugh and shake her head.
