Random Shizz That Will Confuse The Hell Outta You

Good news everyone, I've finally got my new laptop.

I would use an exclamation mark but err... it's not actually very good news.

The laptop is fast, looks sexy and the fan is quiet (what? I like that.)

But.

Whenever I go on the Internet all other devices in the house are cut off from it.

And.

My sister with also the exact same model of laptop cannot connect to the Internet even when mine is not and other devices are.

What's going on here guys?

Can anyone help? We need this problem fixed pronto because my sis is starting uni in a few weeks.
