the words which stream into ones mind upon hearing the name 'Riley' or spotting a simple glance of her face or features. she seems to radiate an aura of mystery and curious power alike, not the greedy sort but the alluring type that causes curiosity as to how one so fair could obtain something so wonderfully wicked in its mass.
she has been taught how to hold herself in front of the public's eye and how to present herself to her people, her kingdom and others as well. Although there have most certainly been some occasions in which she's been caught out, because a princess has to be constantly perfect, yet Riley never was a fan of the word.
however, there's always been a softer side to her. ever since her youth, ever since she was young really, there's always remained a softer side. a more compassionate, gentle and approachable side. yet for those who are indeed fortunate enough to catch a glimpse of who she is behind closed doors, would have to simply stop and pause in awe. she's the sort who loves to huddle herself up in blankets on the couch as she watches tv shows, a bowl of warm microwaved popcorn in her lap all for herself as she scrolls through Netflix. or to cuddle with her three dogs, or slip around the timber floor in fluffy socks.
again, not many get to see that side of her. lately, not even Riley herself. losing sight of yourself, forgetting who you are and who you once were are frightening prospects indeed.
her trust can be a difficult thing to gain, but once you have it it is yours forever. her loyalty is boundless, is seems to be limitless and have no ends. quirky is undoubtably a suiting word, she loathes the idea of conforming to the standards of this weak society yet similarly she cannot stray too far from its bounds as her position calls for her obedience to an extent.
she's a dreamer, ever since she could first toddle she's been dreaming and daydreaming and holding out hope for the silliest of things. adventurous is an understatement, she can't bare to sit or stand still; no, she'd rather be out in the world, experiencing every tangent it had for her to follow. Before her time as queen comes.
her curiosity is a bizarre little thing, something that often leads her down unfriendly paths yet you know what they say: "curiosity kxlled the cat", however most forget to mention the next line strangely enough, "but satisfaction brought it back".
TALENTS/STRENGTHS • photography, she's a sucker for instant print older cameras and disposables mainly. pricey cameras never have been for her liking. • eating a whole pizza on her own, truly it's a talent. • being able to put together outfits, half the time the royal stylist doesn't even need to glance in her direction. • nursing things back to health. she seemingly has a healing hand. • her resilience and persistence, she can bounce back from situations amazing well, she has to. and she knows how to put her head down and work like there's no tomorrow in order to achieve her goal, whatever it be. • wasting time, honestly she's puts the 'pro' in procrastinate!
FLAWS/WEAKNESSES • her outright indecisiveness. she could take an entire ten minutes simply debating between a pizza topping for goodness sake! • her lack of enthusiasm at times when it comes to having to converse with 'possible suitors'. • she doesn't seem to be able to properly grasp her own limits, always pushing herself- until, she topples over the edge. • unbalanced emotions. • her LACK of talent in the art of flirting.

THOUGHTS ON ROYAL FAMILY she's not entirely convinced just yet, however she most certainly is curious as to their individual personalities. for she knows the pressure of being a royal sometimes.

STYLE she has an adoration for cardigans and loose jumpers of all sorts. long skirts and dresses are something that she greatly adores and seeks comfort in in hard times. comfort is key in her opinion, she often opts for a pair of boots over heels. as well as that she prefers and loves low back dresses.
