BACKGROUND
in short ,
she had leukaemia when she was seven and through radiation treatment and a heavy medication regiment she was healed by her thirteenth birthday. it was a money and mentally draining exercise on both her and particularly her parents at the time. books were always there for her, especially the tales of a princess and her prince, a scholar and his love, rivalling families with treacherous love.
it was during this hard time that she developed her ' hopeless romantic ' traits.

however her and her parents were always close, they called themselves ' the three musketeers ' and it seemed as if nothing could ever break them.

until it did. they sat her down at the dinner table one night when she was fifteen and told her they were breaking up- only then did she notice the suitcase in the hallway and the cracks in their family. it was those very books that supported her yet again during this time.
