When I walked into the League of Villain's home base with an ex-stripper and the very person I was sent to kill, Tomura fell off of his bar stool. He crashed to the ground and curled into a ball, whining about how terrible his life was and that he should have never been born.
Came had noticed the hands all over his body. She held her hand out to him. "I'm Camie! Need a hand?"
Tomura looked at her, his face devoid of expression. "I've heard the pun so many times in my life it's not even funny."
"Mmm." Camie filed that away in he brain, no doubt so she cold torment him with it some more. "Figures."
Tomura struggled to his feet, and dusted off his clothes. "What is going on here, Deku? Why on Earth did you bring this person with a terrible sense of humor and some other idiot who's face I can't see. Really, who are you?"
Todoroki pulled his hood back, and Tomura fell to the floor again in shock. "Nice to see you again, Shigaraki Tomura."
"Bu you were sent to kill him, Deku!' Tomura whined. "Why isn't he dead?"
I sighed. I was used to Tomura's temper tantrums by now. He was basically a child in an adult's body. This is why we needed Kurogiri back. At this point, our organization was being run by a five-year-old. "He's here because we all need a place to sleep while we track down Endeavor. I sent you a message regarding that!"
Tomura scratched at his neck. "I read about it. I thought you were just joking, though. Father did, too."
I sighed. "Stop talking to the hand, Tomura. You know that it's not good for your mental health, and I don't joke. You've known me for ten years, you should be familiar with that by now."
Tomura crossed his arms and pouted. "I've been busy. You can't expect me to know everything about you!"
"Yes, I can."
"I still don't understand why he's not dead. He's supposed to be, but he's not. And you were so happy to do it."
"I'm confused." Todoroki piped up. "Why was Deku sent to kill me, and why haven't you told me, Deku?"
"Oooh." Camie muttered quietly. "Lover's quarrel."
I crossed my arms defensively. "I had hoped that I wouldn't have to, but Tomura has a loose tongue."
"No, I don't!" Tomura wailed.
I looked at him, raising an eyebrow. "Ignore the baby." I said to Todoroki. "Alright, where were we. Yes, I was sent to kill you. No, I'm not going to do it." At Todoroki's surprised expression, I said. "No, I can't read minds. No, I wasn't all a game. Yes, I'm very good at reading people. And don't you think I would have killed you already if I wanted to? You haven't exactly been on your guard, have you?"
Todoroki opened his mouth to say something, but shut it. It was clear that I had won this time. I turned to the still-screaming Tomura. I threw my knife at him with deadly accuracy, just barely skimming his skull, cutting off a strip of his light blue hair. "Shut up, you bastard! This is not daycare, and no one stole your play firetruck!"
Camie whistled. "Need some ice for the burn?"
I put my hand on my forehead. I should have killed her when I chance. "Let's just go to our rooms, ok? Camie, you're rooming with Toga. I already sent her a message."
A voice echoed from the staircase. "Who's rooming with me?" Toga's yellow eyes brightened as she leaped down the stairs to hug me. "Deku! I'm so glad you're back! It's been so long, and I missed you!"
I pushed her off of me. "Hello, Toga. And, to answer your question, Camie will be rooming with you. Didn't you get my message?"
Toga stuck her tongue out at me. "Yeah, but who reads letters, anymore? You're so old-fashioned, Deku-baby!"
Todoroki glared at her. "Call him that again, little bitch."
Toga's mouth formed an O from surprise. "I thought you were sent to kill him, Deku-baby." she added to nickname like a challenge.
"Give me the gun, Deku." Todoroki muttered, his eyes fiery.
I smiled up at him, and passed the gun to him. "Shoot straight."
Toga smirked. "I'm so scared right now, Shoto. Look at me quivering with fear!" she flipped him off.
Todoroki snarled, and a gunshot echoed throughout the room. Toga stumbled backwards, her eyes confused, before she collapsed to the ground, blood soaking the front of her sweater.
Todoroki let the gun drop to his side. "I can see the appeal to being a villain now. That felt good." A laugh escaped Todoroki's lips, and his eyes were frenzied. He doubled over, laughing and laughing. He composed himself slightly. "I don't see why I was even a hero in the first place, babe! She was so annoying, like a horsefly, and now, poof! She's gone forever." He broke down laughing again, high pitched and maniacal laughter.
I knew that he had made his choice, but I wanted it to be said out loud. I smiled to myself. "So, have you made your decision, Todoroki-kun?"
He nodded, his laughter quieting. "Obviously." he smiled at Camie. "Guess you have a whole room to yourself tonight, Camie!"
Camie nodded, her eyes flickering between the gun in Todoroki's hand, my maniacal smile, Tomura's pouting figure, and, finally, Toga's dead body on the floor. She smiled weakly. "Yeah, sure."
My babies are all going insane. Sorry Toga fans!
