12) Don't Get Caught

I pulled my pack on as I started to leave the dorm to go back to work. In all honesty, it would have been better if I was the only one awake, but no.

Everyone was awake. Even Yixing! That guy sleeps through anything. Yesterday, Luhan was sitting on Baekhyun for trying to rearrange the stickers on his Rubik's cube. Baekhyun was screaming really loud and Yixing was sleeping right next to them. Didn't move an inch.

Speaking of Baekhyun, he told me not to tell Sehun that he knows. Heaven knows why, that's a important thing that Sehun should have the right to know but I still complied and gave him my word. I think Baekhyun is trying to tease Sehun by being so close to me. I can't lie, I kind of like it though, Sehun being pouty all the time because of me.

I'm not complaining though, they're really treating me well. In fact, I'm one of the hyungs! They treat me exactly as they do each other, as if I've been here with them since day one. And while it's a good thing they're all so comfortable with me, it does mean that they engage in a different kind of skinship than they would with a girl.

For instance, the fact that Jongin hit me in the chest several times yesterday when Baekhyun and Jongdae were playing around, or when Yixing was making jokes about unicorns that were so bad they were funny. Or the time when Tao put me in a headlock for walking to quietly down the dark hallway. Or when Luhan put his hand really high up on my leg and made fun of me by mentioning the time that I started screaming and crying because I told everyone that someone had called him 'Miss' two days ago when we were walking in the park and he dropped his phone.

There's some more stories but I just wanted to make my point. The skinship just isn't the same. I have a lot of stories about Taemin and Jongin, those two touched me way too much when I first met Taemin. I also think that Taemin might have been on to me when he was starting to leave.

"Yah! Jihyun! Where you going?" Minseok hyung noticed my bag and asked as he followed behind me as I went to the living room to tell everyone.

"Oh, I'm just going to the park," I said, feeling happy that it was the truth.

"Ah, I wish I could go with you!"

"Yeah! We have a schedule today though!" Luhan pouted, playing with his new Rubik's cube. Baekhyun and I went to buy that yesterday to make it up to him, Baekhyun literally dragged me along with him. Again, I'm sure he's just teasing Sehun.

"But you'll always see him when you get home," Baekhyun shrugged.

"You're going with him?" Jongdae hyung asked.

"He has a schedule today too," Yixing shook his head as he came in the room.

"You can play with Jihyun tomorrow, ChenChen," Kris ran his hands through his hair and I had to look away from his perfection for a moment.

I swear, no matter how long I've been here, I still can't get used to being so close to such good looking people. I sighed quietly.

"Say, Luhan and Jihyun could-" Jongin hyung started before getting a pillow to the face.

"Shut up," Luhan glared at him. Jongin just laughed in response and everyone else raised an eyebrow at then from not understanding what was going on.

"What's going on? Everyone looks suspicious," Joonmyun hyung came in and looked around a bit.

"Nothing," Jongin gave him an innocent face.

"Hmm," he hummed. "Well, if you say so!"

"Are you all ready to go?" Kyungsoo hyung poked his head in the room. Everyone started getting up and heading to the door.
