(Sadist) Dr. Smiley x (Masochist) Reader

2nd POV

You sat on your couch, waiting for your doctor boyfriend to arrive home after being away for a week doing his special 'operations'.
You both met a couple of years ago when you had been strapped down to the metal table to performer his surgeries on, but to your slight advantage you were a masochist.
The feeling of his scalpel slowly dragging across your stomach made you excited when he had done it, and he thought you were to interesting to kill.
Your relationship worked out perfectly for you two, the sexual side at least, due to his sadistic ways and your masochist behavior.
After you waited for a few more hours until the beginning of dusk, Smiley walked into your shared home.
You felt your heart race fast and you smiled as you watched him loosen his tie and kick off his shoes as he made his way to you.
"I've missed you Y/N~" He cooed as he grinned behind his pencil drawn smiley mask.
You bit your lip and watched as he sat next to you, you then sat on his lap, wrapped your arms around his neck and hugged him tightly.
"I've missed you as well~" You said in the same tone as you looked into his red eyes.
Smiley took off his mask and kissed you, wrapping his arms around your waist and holding you.
You kissed back, and after a moment you parted.
"So what shall we do tonight?" He asked as he took a pice if your H/C and slightly pulled at it.
You giggled as you looked at him, "Maybe something special a little bit later...I was thinking maybe we'd watch a movie until then." You replied.
Smiley nodded and felt himself blush a little, then he smirked widely.
You raised an eyebrow, then he suddenly attacked your neck.
Smiley started biting at your neck, which made adrenaline instantly shoot through your body and you smiled.
He left the side of your neck red, then moved on to the other side as he bit and sucked on it.
A soft moan escaped your lips, the slight pain making your smile grow wider.
After a minute he pulled away, and grinned to himself as your neck was now completely red and covered in bite marks.
"Missed that?" He asked.
You ruffled some of his hair and chuckled, "You already know the answer to that." You replied.
Smiley chuckled as well, and you got off of him.
"I'm going to make some popcorn, find a movie for us to watch." You said as you started to walk away.
The doctor cheekily grinned as he slapped your butt hard, which caused you to yelp really loudly.
You looked at him with a red face, and he laughed, "Well go on~ I was enjoying the view." He said.
You rolled your eyes as you turned back around, you bit your lip as you grinned and went to the kitchen to make popcorn.
