When I finally got home it was 11:00pm. Ziere and Raina were sleeping so peacefully in the back seat. I took my phone out and took a picture. I sent it to Derrick.
Me: They're sleeping so peacefully in the back seat. I guess they had a long day. lol
Derrick POV
I arrived in Las Vegas A couple hours ago I just decided I would call Jordynn tomorrow morning and check on them. I had a lot of business to take care of and I need to be going to sleep.
I got in the shower and laid on the bed with just my towel on. My phone vibrated. I looked at the screen and it was a text from Jordynn. It was a picture message.
BabyGirl:They' re sleeping so peacefully in the back seat. I guess they had a long day. lol
Me: Awe lol. How was he?
Babygirl: He was fine I barely seen him today. He was out playing with the kids. He was actually a little upset it was time to go.
Me:That's good. Thank You So Much Again. I know you were busy today but you're really the only person I trust with him besides my mom.
Babygirl: No problem but I'm gonna head inside now so I guess we'll talk to you tomorrow . Goodnight: )
Me:You're going to bed already? : (
Babygirl:No I'm just gonna go lay down until I get tired. Why wassup?
Me:I wanna see your beautiful face before I sleep so I can have a good dream lol
Babygirl:You're so corny lol But I'll facetime you when I get situated.
Me:Okay sounds good : )
Jordynn POV
Awe that was cute he wants to facetime me before he sleeps. I walked to the back seat and grabbed Raina and her diaper bag. I went over to Zi's side of the car and woke him up.
"C'mom baby boy we gotta get in the house." I said shaking him a little.
He got out of the car walking behind me rubbing his eyes.
"C'mon we gotta hurry it's chilly out." I put my hand out for him to grab and we walked up the steps. I grabbed the key and unlocked door. I turned on the livingroom light and put Raina's diaper bag on the floor. I laid her on the couch so I can run back down and get Zi's suit case.
"I'll be right back I have to get your suit case. Stay right here."
"Okay." He climbed on the couch and I ran back to the car.
I grabbed his bags and jogged back up the steps. I made sure I locked all 3 locks and we went upstairs. I put Raina in a little onesy and laid her down in the crib. I turned her light off cracking the door and leaving out. I walked back down to my room where Zi was sitting on the bed.
"Hey come on so you can get washed up and go to bed."
He grabbed my hand and followed me to the bathroom. I turned on the water making sure it was warm and not hot and he got in.
I walked back to my room to get a rag and towel for him. He wasn't in long cause it was really late so after about 20min he washed up and got out. I laid his pajamas and toothbrush so he can brush his teeth on the bathroom sink and walked back to my room. When he was finished he came and jumped in my bed.
"Wanna facetime your dad?"
He jumped in my lap "Yeah!"
I grabbed my phone and scrolled down to Derricks number and pressed the facetime icon.
"Hey dad!" Zi smiled in the camera.
"Hey what you doing?" he smiled back.
"Nothing just sitting here with Jay Jay."
"Did you have fun today?"
"Yeah I had cake and I played with all the other kids but when Jay Jay said it was time to go I was sad." He poked his little lip out.
"I know . It was getting late though and she needed to get the baby home."
"Okay goodnight dad love you."
"Love you too and goodnight."
He climbed out my lap and got underneath the covers. I turned on spongebob for him and left out the room.
"So what's up with you? How was your flight?" I said smiling
"It was cool. I hate flying though I don't like being that high up in the air."
"Me either that's why I don't go many places." I said laughing.
"How was your day beautiful? "
"It was good just a lil tiring. My body is kinda sore.What about you?" I said rubbing my neck.
"When I get back I got you with a massage. But mine is good now that I'm talking to you." He said smiling.
"What you know about massages? Let me find out you got gentle hands." I said laughing.
"I know a lil something something. But I can show you better than I can tell you." He winked at me.
"Is that right? Well I can't wait for you to 'show' me" I said putting emphasis on the word show.
"Don't start something you can't finish."
I started laughing.
We stayed on facetime til about 3 talking about any and everything. I was now watching tv in the livingroom and I heard Raina starting to whine. I walked up the steps to her room making sure to turn the lights out downstairs.
I made her a bottle and grabbed a diaper and some wipes and went down the hall to my room. Ziere was knocked out forreal. His mouth was open and everything. I fed Raina her bottle and changed her. I laid her in between me and Zi and turned the tv off. I put her bink in her mouth and rocked her a little so she could go to sleep.
