bear hug i can give

Daniel:
now with that to look forward to ,
i'm pushing through the
guys to get through security !

Kelsi:
haha okay dani

Daniel:
if you were wondering ,
we're gonna be at baggage
claim 7 ...

Kelsi:
i'll keep that in mind

Daniel:
i have to get on my plane ,
but i'll see you in a few hours !

Kelsi:
have a good flight ;)

Kelsi sees the dots of anxiety bob up and down for a few seconds and when they disappear , she starts worrying.

"I shouldn't have put the winky face at the end." Her friends could all see the worry on Kelsi's face.

Before Kelsi could ramble on how she thinks Daniel doesn't like her anymore, Valerie reassures her. "Don't worry, KJ. Daniel seriously likes you."

"He did get five VIP tickets for you and your best friends." Maya points out.

"On a happy note, what time does the flight land?"

Kelsi took a minute to think, but then realized that she had no idea. "I don't know. He told me what baggage claim though."

"Which one?"

"Seven."

"Okay so that's either Gates 4 or 5." Valerie's mom works at the DFW Airport so she knows pretty much everything to do with that building.

"11:02 am is the landing time." Penny took a moment from looking at her phone and waved it in their faces, knowing that they could've just looked it up. "In other words, in three hours."

"Then we need to get our Kelsi looking hot for her mans." Amy said, pulling out Kelsi's curling iron from her desk. "I got her hair."

The rest of my girls were calling out what they wanted to do to help Kelsi get ready. Valerie had her outfit, Maya claimed her nails and Penny stared she was doing her makeup.

Kelsi decided to bring along something to bring for Daniel when he arrived so, collectively, the girls settled on a gray baseball hat.

"It's time to leave guys." Valerie volunteered to take Kelsi to the airport to meet up with Daniel and the boys. "We don't want out KJ to be late to meeting her little boyfriend."

"He's not you boyfriend, guys." Kelsi said, knowing there was some disappointment in her voice.

"But you want him to be." Maya commented.

"Obviously." Valerie answered immediately. "Anyways, we have to leave now."

Together, Valerie and Kelsi waved goodbye to their friends and drove to the airport, listening to the acoustic version of 8 Letters the whole time there on repeat.
