"Babe?"

"Hm?" I look my propped up phone to see by beautiful boyfriend.

"Whatcha thinking of?"

"Oh just school and stuff." Lies. Daniel knew it too. I've still been getting those disgusting DMs on Instagram about how I don't deserve Daniel and how he could do some much better than me. I knew that, obviously, Dani is the best boyfriend in the world.

"No it's not, Kels. What's wrong?" Before I got a chance to answer his question, he answered it himself. "Wait are those messages coming back?"

"Coming back must indicate that they stopped, but now they're attacking my music." I sigh and take my phone into my kitchen, pulling up some hot water to make ramen noodles.

"Kelsi? This is getting out of hand" I look at the screen and see a concerned Dani with his phone placed by his face as he did with the first picture he sent months ago. "Why don't you just turn off your DMs?"

"I like responding to the people who actually care and say nice things. The bad ones are just mixed into it." The water started to boil so I got my package of noodles and it's seasoning and placed the water inside, as it boiled my noodles to the perfect condition.

After about another thirty seconds of talking, Daniel had to get back to the recording studio so he ended the call quickly, but hesitantly.

A quick goodbye later, I had already placed myself onto the couch in my living room with my food in my lap and my TV remote in my hand.

Flipping through Netflix, I finally decide on The Umbrella Academy, that I had started the day before. I had just finished episode seven so I had the next couple of hours to kill.

I should be doing my homework, but lately I've haven't been motivated. Psychology was always something so wanted to do, but these last couple of weeks is just throwing me off.

Once the final episode finished, I checked my phone clock to see that it was already 7:18 pm so I decided to go into my room and get all my school things together and try to get some work done.

Barely making a dent into my essay, I got a knock at the door. I got up from my comfortable place on my desk and answered the door.

"Bitch let's go for a drive." Right as that was said, I knew who it was. Penny.

I groan loud enough for her to hear, but still meaning it. "What do you want, Pen?" I opened the door all the way now so she could come through.

"I just told you, let's go for an drive. I'm bored." She restated, probably thinking I was dumb for asking again. "Wow, Kels. What are you even doing? You look so tired."

"It's nothing." I could see that I wasn't too convincing. "Penny. Let it go."

"It's those people again."

"Fine, lets go driving. It'll take my mind off everything." I quickly grab my things and one of Daniel's hoodies before meeting Penny back in the hallway.

Without speaking, Penny and I walked to her car and right as we got in, she started asking questions.

"What's up with you? Ever since we've been back, you haven't been the same. Do you miss Daniel? Did those people DM you again?"

"Penny." I sigh and sink into the passenger seat. "I don't now what to do anymore." Within seconds, my eyes were filled with tears and couldn't hold them all so slowly, they fall down my face.

Penny reaches over and gave me a ginormous hug, but I keep my arms at my side.
