   I daze in and out for a few days. I see daylight then I see the dark night sky. There's not even anything I can do about it.

Catos POV

    My head hurts so much. I haven't got an ounce of sleep since Rowan left.

But I don't need her, I don't need anybody.

It's been 3 days since she's been in my arms.  I haven't heard her beautiful laugh or seen her gorgeous smile in 3 days. Saying I missed her was an understatement.

Glimmer and I have been 'together' for these 3 days. Just so the gamemakers keep less attention on us. This whole time Glimmer has been a snake to Rowan. I don't care or anything Rowan is a two faced snake.

Today we go tribute hunting again. This should be the last one before the real hell starts.

We killed off every last tribute yesterday. The only ones in the entire arena is Glimmer, Clove, Rowan and me. So we're hunting her down tonight.

I have no idea what condition she is in. She could be out and about or on the verge of death.

Glimmer can't wait to kill her. To think I could trust her. Clove is just trying to survive.

I miss her. My heart aches for the day I can be with her. It's not possible though. The lights in the arena went out causing night time. I heard a scream knowing it could only be Rowan.

Then I see them, the yellow Beaty eyes burning through me. The only thing I can think of doing is running.

Rowan's POV

I finally gain strength to get up. There is a sponser gift in the branch in front of me. If I can just reach it.

I quickly realize it's going to be a challenge when I get a major headache.

I come through and grab the gift. I open it to medicine, a syringe. I stab it in my neck. Already feeling better. Is this what the capitol medicine does. Heals In seconds, this is so messed up.

The lights go out in the arena and I let out a scream as I see wolfs walking right where I just jumped from the trees.

I see the cornucopia and I take my chance and run.
