Chapter 9

We were at the beach! I was laughing as I ran from Patton, we were playing tag. After a while I lost him but I didn't know where I was. I looked around to see a strange man walking towards me. I raised an eyebrow but thought it was nothing and tried to find my way back to the others.

"Hey little girl.." I saw the man smirk as he came closer to me. I back away and made it clear I didn't want to speak with him. I heard him growl. I raised an eyebrow and quickly looked at him to see a wolf.

"What?!" I freaked out and ran as I saw it chasing me. Where did the man go?!

I gulped and i heard emotion.

"Kid! Keep running! It's okay! Once you get back to them it'll be okay!" I gulped and kept running.

"Why happens if it attacks them?!" I heard a new but nervous voice. Who was that?

I was panicking, "they'll die because of you if you lead it to them!" Depression snarled. I gulped and started to cry.

"GALAXY!" I heard Thomas scream. "WHERE ARE YOU?!"

"DAD!" I screamed out as he came into view. He turned and smiled at me but he then saw the wolf.

"ROMAN GET YOUR SWORD!" Thomas screamed. I saw all the sides come into view. They all looked shocked but Roman only stayed in shock for a second before running towards me.

Once he got to me he held his sword so he could fight the wolf. Even kill it if it got any closer.

I ran to Thomas and hugged him crying.

"Thomas! Go to the car! We'll handle this." Virgil snarled at the wolf.

"Okay.. should I drive home?" He asked.

"Yeah kiddo, we can get back through the mind." Patton even looked angry.

We ran to the car but I was confused. What was happening?

POV Of Virgil..

"Deceit don't you dare do that again.." I glared at the wolf with anger.

The wolf glowed yellow before transforming into deceit.

"Aww But she's not cut when she cry's." Deceit smirked. Roman held his sword to go to deceits throat.

"Don't! Go! Near! Her!" Roman glared at the lying trait.

"Sure," he smirked.

"Deceit.." Patton's voice made a shiver go do my spine. I looked over at a angry patton. It was a rare sight. Patton looked so angry.. like he could kill someone. "If you lay a finger on her I won't hesitate to fight you."

"Hmm.. I won't test you in that.." he smirked and sank out.

We all sighed and noticed Logan was gone. We all glanced at each other and sank down into the mindscape. We arrived safe into the real world to see Logan looking in the edge of a panic attack.

"Lo?" I stepped forward.

"Guys?" He looked over at us. I saw the tears.

"Can you calm down for me.." I made sure to be carful with the steps I took. I saw him take a few deep breaths in. I asked if I could hug him and he nodded. I hugged him but I made it easy to escape, He just cried.

"Do you remember the day I disappeared..?" He asked.

"Yeah.. the day you told us you went to find Roman.." we were all confused.

"Deceit actually..." he  held back a sob.

"Lo..." Patton and Roman hugged Logan who was now In full blown tears.

Now we need to keep her safe more then ever. I may know someone who can help but I need to tell Thomas first. I can't contact him without control..

POV Of Thomas..

I had calmed down Galaxy and she was asleep. The last thing she said to me was, "thank you dad..." she said. I felt a smile come on my face. She called me dad.

I went downstairs to see all my sides hugged each other.

"Uhh Guys is everything okay?" I questioned because I heard someone sobbing. They all pulled away so I could see them. Logan was crying? "Logan are you okay!?" I rushed to him.

"Not really.." Logan avoid everyone's eyes.

"Something happened with him and deceit." Patton spoke.

"What? But there was a wolf-" I realized that it was deceit. "It was deceit?" I asked making sure. Virgil nodded.

"Thomas," Virgil said sternly. "I know someone who can help us with deceit but since you don't know him I need control." He said.

"Who is he?" I asked.

"He's-"

POV Of Galaxy.

"No... no... leave me-" I shot up from my sleep. I looked around the room and let out a deep sigh of relief. I guess it really scared me.. that wolf.. now that I like about it the man and the wolf both had yellow eyes.. I last remember calling Thomas my dad. He felt like my dad. I looked at the clock to see the time. 7am? I got up and went downstairs.

I thought I would see everyone talk or Atleast Patton or dad....

But no one was there...

I heard nothing...

No one talking...

What was going on?!

"Why hello," a shiver went down my spine. I turned, who was this guy..?

"Who are you..?" I asked.

"Call me.."
