Chapter 10

"Call me Remy," the guy smiled. "Thomas and the others are.." he looked in thought for a bit. Before taking a drink from Starbucks? Where did he...? "They're gone to find someone and want me to watch you," he finally said.

"Okay.. So why are you wearing sunglasses inside?" I asked a bit confused on his appearance.

He wore sunglasses covering his eyes. He looked like dad but he wore different clothing and drank Starbucks. I've never seen dad drunk Starbucks.

"Well I can do what I want," he said calmly and sat down on the couch. I raised an eyebrow. "Oh yeah, I need to take you to the activity place," he said getting up.

"Huh? Oh yeah!" I jumped up and down happily.

"Come on kid," he walked out to the car. I followed him and I was excited though a bit worried dad wasn't here.

"So I have to stay and watch ya." He said Suddenly while driving.

"Hmm? Oh I thought that you would leave after." I said confused.

"Na, we have to stay for the first few classes then we can leave ya with 'em."

"Oh makes sense I guess.." this was awkward. I've never met him before so I found it weird. Maybe this was another side? I didn't know..

"We're here kid," the Remy guy got out. I followed and we walked into the building.

"Greetings!" I heard someone speak from the front desk. I looked ahead to see a lady standing behind a desk.

"Sup, I'm Remy, that's Galaxy." He spoke.

"Hmm Galaxy and Remy.." she looked at a book. "I have a Galaxy but it says Thomas." She looked up.

"'M one of his sides. I'm takin' care of the kid."

"Okay sir, we do need Thomas to show up to one of the days so Remy you can go in that room," she pointed to a room the the left. "And Galaxy you're going in that room." She pointed to the right.

"Okay..." I gulped. I was undoubtedly scared but why did Remy go into another room? I walked into the room and say a lot of kids. They were about my age, 10-15. (I don't know if I've mentioned it but she's 12. I looked through the chapters and saw nothing so I'm just gonna day that now.)

Almost immediately someone came up to me.

"Hi! I'm mason!" A boy about 14 or 13, I couldn't tell, approached me.

"Oh um... h-hi I'm g-Galaxy.." I avoided eye contact.

"I saw you enter and also I've never saw you before so I thought I'd introduce myself!" Mason smiled. "Come on! I'll show you around!" He smiled and started to show me around.

Thomas's POV

All of my sides stood by me in the mindscape. I heard Virgil lowly growl at deceit who stood in front of us.

"Now now, I dont know why you're here." He smirked. "You Don't want me to leave Galaxy alone."

"You better not touch her!" Roman screamed. I jumped a bit and looked over at roman. He had his sword drawn and an angry expression on his face. 

"I will do that." Deceit rolled his eyes.

"DONT GO NEAR MY DAUGHTER!" I screamed, facing deceit, I could tell that all the sides jumped even deceit. None had expected me to yell.

"I will totally leave her alone," he smirked and disappeared into the darkness.

"What are we gonna do?" Virgil growled and Patton had put his arms around the trait.

"Don't worry kiddo, we'll keep her save. Remys also with us." Patton spoke calmly. Virgil sighed and hugged Patton back and laid his head in Patton's shoulder.

"I'm sorry, I'm just worried what HE will do.."

"I know kiddo, we're all worried but we'll get through it."

I just thought the worst as I looked back to where Deceit once stood. I felt a hand on my shoulder.

"Thomas, I may not be good with emotions but I can tell you that it will be okay." Logan told me.

"I know.. but I'm just worried about what he'll do."

"Don't worry Thomas!" We all looked over at roman. "We'll protect the fair princess! That evildoer won't get her!" I laughed a bit at evildoer.

"Of course we'll protect them RoRo!" Patton smiled as he said that.

"Wait, should we have left flax y alone with Remy that long?" Logan questioned.

"Nope!" Virgil popped the p and we all sank back into the real world. I looked around to see no sign of Remy or Galaxy.

I gulped.. "GALAXY! REMY!" I screamed in hopes they would answer. A few moments passed and I paled. No one called back.

"Wait what is today..?" Virgil questioned.

"Uhh... it's-" I checked my phone and groaned. "It's the start of activity day!" I groaned again.

"So their just gone there?" Patton asked a bit confused.

"Yeah, they actually should be back soon." Roman said looking at the clock.

"Do you think something happened?!" Virgil gulped and he started pulling his hair.

"No kiddo! I'm sure Remy and Galaxy is fine! Okay, let's just cook something for when they get home Okay?" We all nodded at Patton. Patton have been teaching us how to cook.

Galaxy's POV

We were in our way home and I was hyper. They fed us candy, I made 1 friends, and I also ran away from Remy making him run after me in frustration.

Remy never said a word to me he just drove us home. Once he parked the car I jumped out and ran towards the door.

I entered to smell food! I knew where dad and pat were. I ran into the kitchen, Remy just getting through the door, I saw everyone.

"Hey dad! Hey pat! Hey Lo! Hey Ro! Hey virge!" I said jumping up and down. They all turned in confusion and laughed when they saw Remy with an annoyed look on his face.

"What happened?" Patton said smiling.

"She wouldn't leave.." he took a drink of his Starbucks. "So I had to chase her." Remy sighed and sank out.

"Thomas why don't you take care of the hyper child," Virgil said turning back to cooking.

"Okay," he went over to me and smiled. "Hey gal, So what happened?" He asked.

"Oh well!" I started making up words and saying words really fast. I could tell he couldn't understand but when I finished he just chuckled.

"Okay, So did you make any friends?" He questioned.

"Oh yeah! Made a friend!" I kept jumping up and down.

"Did they fed you candy?" Dad asked smiling at me. I've never been hyper in front of them before.

"Yeah!" I heard Patton chuckle.

"Dinners done," Patton said bring out some plates.

"Yay!" I jumped on the chair.

"You shouldn't be happy, they died because you could not protect them." I heard Depressions voice loud and clear. It's been a while since I've talked to dep or emotion.

"Princess are you okay? You look pale." Roman asked a bit worried. I smiled and tried to go back into my hyper state.

"Yeah I'm fine! I'm just thinking!" I started to eat but I did wonder, why had depression showed up at this time..? I knew that it'll all be okay in the end.

"Is everything really gonna be okay..?" I heard another voice speak. A new one, it wasn't emotion or depression. Who was it?

A/N: I looked through all the chapters, skimming over every chapter, but I never said an age that I said Galaxy is so, she's 12 because Logan's teaching her. If I said anything different in past chapters that I overlooked then it's now changed! Okay, cya later!
