When he let go, we couldn't stop smiling. "I love you, January Autumn." he said. "I love you too, Greggory Lee." I replied. Suddenly, he got up and walked over to my writers desk.

He grabbed my phone and searched for a song on Spotify. "You're going to like this." he smiled sweetly. Suddenly, one of the songs from the party started playing. It was a slow one. It felt like we reversed time to the evening of the party. I could remember the soft grass under my paws, the summer breeze and Gregg's hands on my waist. I remember asking him about what Angus would think of it, and Gregg had replied "He's used to me being this way, not being afraid to be touchy with friends, I mean.".

Suddenly I snapped out of the flashback when Gregg grabbed my wrist, saying "Care to dance with me again?". He had a cheeky grin on his face. I looked him in the eyes and smiled. "Gladly."

We danced slowly, his hands on my waist, mine on his shoulders. "This is exactly like the first time I realized how beautiful you are." he said. "This is exactly when I realized I fucking love you." I replied.

When I was too caught in the moment I didn't notice the sly grin on his face and before I could react he spun me around and then picked me up bridal style. We laughed as he spun us around but he then slipped and we fell to the floor with a loud thud. We just laughed even more. "What's going on here, Jannie?" I looked up to see my mom standing in the doorway. Gregg's eyes widened and I just scratched the back of my head. "Nothing." I giggled.

From then on, we were a couple, Gregg and I. And a month later, we carried the last boxes of Angus' stuff out of Gregg's and his previous apartment. Angus was going to move in with his family again, and I would move into the apartment with Gregg soon. Angus sat in the truck ready to go, and I put the last box in the front seat next to him. "So, this is it, I guess." I started. Gregg stood a few meters behind me, looking awkwardly down at the ground. "Yep." Angus replied shortly. "Take care, alright?" I said. He nodded and smiled tiredly. "You too." he answered, and looked at Gregg. "Bye, Gregg. It was nice to.. meet you." he spoke. Gregg looked up and smiled a bit. "It was nice to meet you too, big guy. Maybe we'll meet again someday? Promise me if we ever do that, pretend we never dated, okay? To not make things awkward." he said. Angus nodded again. "I will. Make sure to stay happy and.. not get caught by the police." he smiled a bit wider. "No promises." I calmly replied, and grabbed the car door to close it. "Bye, Angus." we said. "Buy, you guys." he replied and with that being said I closed the car door and he drove off.
