I didn't know what to make of Elisa's parents murder and it troubled me, I just realised it was one of my jobs, I had killed her parents and caused her great pain but will she forgive me?. No! I won't tell her about it, the police dismissed the case because they didn't have enough evidence so there's no way she could find out.
But it worries me, the note was never found which leads me to who has it? Elisa never talked about a note at the crime scene, is it true or she's hiding something..I creased my brow and looked worried

I felt horrible, the one girl I was beginning to like had something to do with my past, as much as I hate this and stopped the past caught up with me... Lord what do I do?
If she finds out she will hate me and I'll lose her and I might even lose her...
Cut the crap Devin! You hardly know her, I mentally scolded myself.

I walked into my apartment to see my best friend screwing one of his night stands, "ooh yessss Alex, yes faster, shit I am coming" the girl was enjoying her ramming same as that dick of a best friend...
   I walked towards the fridge, opened it and took out a bottle of beer... I drunk about three bottles before Alex came out all sweaty and smelling of sex and a random bitch.

    My apartment is not a hoe house! You need to get that shit in mind Alex! I can't have you doing this, I have problems of my own, I was so furious.. For many years after I quit I had been hiding, so many people wanted me to go back to my job as an assassin but I quit and went back to school just to make an honest living..
"Chill man, this is the last time I'll bring a bitch here" he said calmly while patting my back, as much as I wanted to be angry at Alex I just couldn't and he saw how troubled I was...

      "What is it man?" Alex asked, I sighed and told him everything, I was screwed, how can God be this cruel? Finding love and my past getting in the way.... Alex was deep in thought, "Well... He huffed you shouldn't tell her, she will freak out and you'll lose her but wait when did you start falling in love?" he laughed and teased..
The very day you started whoring, I laughed so loud earning a scowl from Alex..
   Alex was handsome but nothing compared to me, his well chiseled face and sharp brows was every ladies dream, he had the body of an athlete and his bed game kept ladies crawling back...
It was just nasty seeing him every single day with a different woman but I wasn't that type, I don't easily get seduced unless I want to be seduced...

Elisa was a natural, she didn't have to do anything to make me fall hard it hasn't been long I knew her but I thought about her almost all the time...

      The few days I spent avoiding Elisa but I made time to see her from time to time, she was like porcelain so fine and delicate, I didn't want to drop her and break her but I know I might do exactly what I didn't want and it bothered me..
