Harry looked at Louis, they both wrinkled their noses, and looked up at professor McGonagall, she motioned for them to go into the pub, so they did, Louis held the door open for Professor McGonagall walked in thanking Louis as she passed, the pub was cold and dark, they followed professor McGonagall up to a counter on the front, a man with a toothy smile looked at them.

‘Hello Tom, mind if we use your fireplace. I’m on official Hogwarts business’ she said looking stern

‘Course Minerva, got the floo powder or need to borrow some?’ he asked looking down at the two children and smiling.

‘I have enough, thanks tom’

‘No problem, have a nice day’

‘Good-bye’ she walked away and walked over to the fireplace, Louis and Harry behind her, looking at each other confused, Louis pulled his bag further up his shoulder and zipped his hoody up and did up his coat buttons, it was really cold in the pub.

‘Right you two, step into the fireplace and say ‘Dumbledore's office, Hogwarts’, you need to pronounce perfectly and clearly, it’s very important’

They both nodded and stepped into the fire. Professor McGonagall threw some powder in to the fireplace

‘Dumbledore’s office, Hogwarts’ they both said together and then quite suddenly they both began to spin and Louis could see into houses as he went, he started feeling dizzy. Then quite suddenly the feeling stopped and his feet hit solid ground. Harry fell on to his knee’s coughing and Louis fell straight out of the new fireplace rolling onto his stomach onto a rug that looked expensive.

he pulled himself up slowly, as the world stopped spinning, professor McGonagall walked out of the fireplace and smiled at Harry who was still on his knees coughing and Louis who was standing up unsurely, and seemed to have travelled quite some distance on his landing,

Louis stood up and looked around, he was in a large room filled with lots of interesting objects. he walked over to Harry and helped him up. A man was sitting at his desk, he had long silver beard and had blue twinkling eyes beneath half-moon glasses, and he smiled at them amused.

‘Welcome to Hogwarts’ he stated cheerfully ‘I am Albus Dumbledore, headmaster of Hogwarts, now I have bought you here for two reasons’

The two children looked at each other and made there way over to his desk, they both sat down as professor McGonagall left the room.

‘As I am sure, Professor McGonagall told you, you’re here for inheritance’

‘She did’ Louis nodded, as did Harry.

‘Well your parents, Louis left me with a couple of things to give to you, incase of their deaths’ Louis fiddled with his hands. he didn’t like talking about that. Dumbledore had stood up and walked to a draw and opened it picking out an old looking envelope, which was bulging slightly. He handed it to him, and then went into his pocket. He pulled out two keys.

‘These are your gringotts accounts, you are both the end of the lines and are therefore sole inheritors of the money your families left behind’ he handed them both the small gold keys, Louis looked at his before putting it safely in his pocket, as did Harry ‘now the second reason I bought you here is, as I am aware, that you don’t have anywhere to live, am I correct?’

They both nodded but said nothing else.

‘Very well, if you will follow me’ They both stood up and followed Professor Dumbledore out of his study, and down a stone spiral staircase that seemed to be moving its self down, they got off into a corridor, the walls were stone as were the floors, but a long rug ran through the hall and pictures were mounted on the wall, they all walked down the corridor and went down a couple of flights of stairs and into a new corridor,

Louis was staring at every picture as he walked past, she smiled as she realised they were moving. They stopped in front of a big set of doors. Dumbledore seemed to be amused by something over our shoulders, but he looked away and looked at the two Children standing before him. Louis looked over his shoulder, but nothing was there.

‘For the rest of the summer you will be staying in an inn in Hogsmead. This will be your summer residence, unless you go off to friends houses, You will not be stuck there you can leave whenever you wish, but it is there if it is needed’ at this he turned back to the door and opened it ‘This carriage will take you into the town'

The door swung open. Dumbledore led the way through, they followed him and got into the carriage,

'you will need to get your things from diagon alley, and I suggest that you go tomorrow, Hogwarts will begin in two months' The boys nodded as the carriage pulled away, the two boys looked up at the school. The huge castle really did look wonderful.

The carriage soon arrived in Hogsmead and the two boys jumped out walking slowly into the inn. This was a lot nicer than the Leaky Cauldron, Plump little chairs sat infront of a roaring fire causing them to warm up considerably. They made their way to the reception. Harry cleared his throat, the woman looked up from the desk and smiled

'err... hi' He said Awkwardly

'you two must be the ones Dumbledore has sent' She said smiling, they both nodded

'Follow me to your room, you don't mind sharing do you?' she asked

'No' Louis said looking at harry who had shook his head, his eyes were drooping anybody could tell he was sleepy.

She showed them to room three and opened the door before passing Louis a key. She smiled and walked off

'Thanks' He called after her before Harry and Louis walked into the room.

The room beyond was lovely, There was a black rectangle room with a white sofa and armchairs, there was a fireplace with a pot of the powder they had seen earlier, there was also a wooden desk with two chairs, a Double bed took up most of one wall only leaving room for a wardrobe. a bathroom lead off from this room

‘Whoa’ Harry said turning around in a circle soaking it all in ‘Lou, we have a home! we'll have another home soon and it’s a castle!’ Louis smiled at him and Jumped onto the bed before lying down

'This side is mine' He smiled looking out of a window that was set back slightly, he smiled at the ledge, he always did like to sit in front of windows. Through the window he saw a forest and a huge lake, he laughed slightly, looking back at Harry who was beginning to climb into bed too.

‘It looks brilliant. We saw Hogwarts, Harry! We’re actually here. We’re home!’

‘Yeah, And Dumbledore said we had money, and Diagon alley tomorrow, what is Diagon alley?’

‘No idea, thought you knew’ Louis smiled, which soon became laughter, at which Harry joined in.
