Dianne's POV
The doctor stood with her mouth open just staring in awe at the screen.

"Guys your baby is alive" she said slowly
"But..."
There's a but! I knew there was gonna be a but. I burst into tears and Joe kissed my head.
"What is it?" Joe asked worriedly
"Umm there's not just one baby though" the doctor replied... I felt my moth drop open and I quickly covered it with my hands. Joe and I both burst into tears...
"Twins?" I cried
"No" the doctor replied
"What do you mean no?!" Joe replied
"There's 1,2,3....3 bab- no theres 1,2,3,4 babies..."
she replied
"FOUR!" I shouted
"Yes your having quads!"
She replied
Joe leant down to me lying on the bed and pulled me into a tight hug!
"Do you want to know the gender of them all?"the doctor asked. I looked at Joe and he nodded his head as if to say 'you choose'
"Yes please" I replied excitedly
"Well baby A is the original baby whom is he's a girl..." she said pointing to Camilla on the screen.
"That's our little Cami!" I squealed to Joe
"She has a name?!!" The doctor laughed
"Yeah it's Camilla Rose Sugg!" Joe told her
"That's a gorgeous name in fact my name is Camilla!" She replied
"Awwh that's sick!" I said laughing.
"Okay so now baby B is... A girl!" Camilla told us
"Awh cool! Joseph we have 2 girlllssss!!!" I said happily watching the screen in awe as the doctor pointed out all the features of our twins.
"Okay now baby C is... A girl!" Camilla told us
"Great, 4 girls in the house!" Joe laughed.
"Well Joe your very lucky because baby D is a boy!" She said
"Oh my god! 3 daughters... And a son!!" Joe said excitedly
"So if you would like to know Baby A and Baby D, so Camilla and your son our fraternal twins which means they are twins of different sexes and baby b and Baby C are identical twin girls" Camilla told us.
"Oh my god Joe two sets of twins!!" I cried into his shirt.
"Thank you so much" Joe sobbed to the doctor
"No problem guys!" Camilla replied handing me a paper towel to wipe the gel off my small bump.
"Guys just to tell you this now. There is a chance not all four children will be born alive... You can either terminate the pregnancy next week or you can keep all four babies and hope they are all healthy, there are no complications so far and all four babies are perfectly healthy but termination will mean you only keep 2 of the children" Camilla told us
"No... No way... I am keeping all four of my babies. I want them to have the best chance to live as they can." I said and I could tell Joe was thinking the exact same as me.
A few hours later (5pm) Joe texted the group chat we still had from strictly and told everyone we had an announcement to make. He also texted his mates to bring their girlfriends and come over at seven too so we could tell them and then he called Zoe, Alfie and his parents and they were coming to... This is gonna be incredible.
