~~NEW CHAPTER I figured I might as well get one written while  I'm procrastinating on my school work. By the way, this is a work of fiction so it is pretty much my own story arch and characters do not follow the same story line they do in mythology or comic books. I'd also like to add that eventually I will be rewriting all the previous chapters into third person so that they aren't short first person chapters but rather one long one. This will be the first 100% edited third person chapter. Thank you, and enjoy.

The next day Director Fury made sure they knew what Ragnarök was, with the help of Thor. They all understood that if Hati and Sköll were able to destroy the sun and moon the world would collapse and Loki's son, Fenrir would be able to start Ragnarök. They were to prepare themselves for the worst, but it was believed that Hydra was attempting to attack Hati and Sköll to speed up the process.

They were all to move into the Tower, and it would be renamed Avengers Tower from the moment forward so they could train under maximum security 24/7. They were assigned living quarters after that, Stark gave them the tour, showing them each to their family's floor. The final destination on the tour was the training facility. There they would begin training.

In the girls half of the small locker room each name was engraved into the metal. The first name she came across was 'Black Widow" then 'Jade,' 'Caroline','Torunn', and finally 'Pepper.' She opened her own to find a pair of boxers shorts, a Nike sports bra, and a Just Do It tank top. She had a feeling Pepper, as she insisted Caroline call her, had picked everything out for her. Pepper was like a second mother to everyone and would take note in the interests every individual had.

Caroline soon changed into what she had been given. "At least we know what's on all the other floors," she heard Jade mutter beside her while she pulled on a pair of sweatpants.

"Hurry up, girls," Natasha barked, banging her locker shut. She followed behind, tying her hair back neatly as she walked. In the training area Director Fury stood at the balcony atop the steps that descended into the arena.

"Ms. Romanoff, Mr. Rogers, please demonstrate hand-to-hand combat," Fury ordered. Her father stepped forward onto the boxing arena in the center of the room, joining Natasha. Their movements were fast and well timed. They were well matched from what she could tell, and it could go either way. Her father would duck and swing and Natasha would copy his moves. Natasha soon had him pinned though and the fight was over.

"You'll begin your training by learning these moves. I expect you to have mastered them by tomorrow." With that Director Fury left them and mindlessly everyone fell into place. Soon her father was fighting her the same way and by the end of the night everyone had collapsed into their new beds.

The following morning at breakfast everyone appeared to be nursing sore muscles and bruises. "Good morning's" were exchanged groggily between lips and bites of oatmeal and toast. She searched for some green tea and honey to go with her fruit covered oatmeal. It was shoved in the back behind various canisters of coffee. While her tea steeped, she took small bites of her toast.

The kitchen was set up kind of like a café giving everyone the option to sit in smaller groups or as a whole. She and her father had decided to sit in silence in the breakfast nook for a while and Natasha joined them. When Clint arrived with his two kids, they joined them with large amounts of coffee and her father laughed at how much Clint's kids were like their father. They were just as groggy and grumpy at 6am and their hair was either uncombed or combed enough to be out of the way.

After breakfast everyone left to begin moving into the tower. She drove with her father to their home, packing up everything into a U-Haul they had rented. They had called yesterday to warn her brother and mother the day before, and luckily they had packed up most of the house by the time they arrived. It didn't take long to unpack at the tower, but moving the many boxes made her muscles scream out in pain. Nonetheless she still went to training with her father come time.

"Avengers," Director Fury bellowed through the space. "Grab your gear, you have a package to pick up." Simultaneously their parents left, instructing their children to continue training. When they had left Caroline made a beeline for the punching bag, holding back a little with her punches. She didn't even hear the stairwell door open until it had closed.
