Okay so I know I haven't updated in ages, this is because my co-writer hasn't written anything in over a month so I was trying to stretch out the time. I'm going to try and see what's going on with her but if she doesn't post something soon I'm going to have to write without her.
"Hey," Dilan whispered. I nodded in acknowledgement. I didn't want things to be awkward, but I didn't want to get off the ball. So far I had stayed focused long enough to make it to the our stop. Dilan's family got off first, my father and I following close behind. Everyone else had already arrived and dispersed into groups. I wanted to stay with my father, but he shoed me off, saying he had some private matters to discuss. I nodded and followed after Dilan and Jade, joining the group of kids.
