Chapter 12... Camping

"What a beautiful night." Jongdae looked at the sky. The half Moon sat against a midnight blue sky, surrounded by bright, twinkling stars. He adjusted the bundle firewood under his arm.
"We should camp more often. We're naturals at this." Chanyeol stepped up beside him.
"Yeah."
"Boys! Gather around." Kris yelled for the group. Everyone found a spot around the fire. "Pass a glass around." He handed Tao wine glasses. He gave one to each of the guys. Kris got up
"I haven't camped in a long time. I took this along to celebrate our enjoyable day today." He poured some for all of them. He raised his glass. "To new beginnings and new friendships." They all sipped some except for Kris and Tao. "Being out here feels… it feels good." He looked to the sky. "If it wasn't for what I was about to do next, it would be even better for you guys."
"What?" Chanyeol asked.
"Ake!" Jongdae started choking he fell to his knees and held his throat. Chanyeol stood up and reached for him. "Jong-" passed out before he could finish. Liam smiled as Luhan crawled away. He removed his disguise. Luhan gasped. "You're-"
"About to take your place." Liam finished. A portal opened. "This has to be the easiest one." Liam said. Chen and Chanyeol stepped over. Jongin behind them.
"He's getting away!" D.O yelled. Kyungsoo ran into the forest. "I'm glad I didn't drink that." He mumbled. "I have to get away. I can't end up like them and I can't help them without the others at home." It was dark. The moon light barely broke through the thick trees above him.
"Where do you think you're going?" A voice asked. Kyungsoo stopped. "I asked you a question." He kept silent. He came up from behind. He grabbed him by the arm and pulled him. He punch him in the stomach then kneed him in the chin. He broke his jaw, twisted his arm behind his back, breaking it. "Ah!" Kyungsoo screamed in pain. He fell to his knees. D.O laughed. He leaned in near his ear
"Does it hurt?" He whispered. Kyungsoo didn't respond.  He twisted his arm more,
"Ah!"
"Does. It. Hurt?" He asked again. "Since you won't respond, let's break something else." He stomped on Kyungsoo's leg. "Ahh!"
"I was sent to take you back to my home but it doesn't mean I can't torture you first."
"Mm."
"Where are your little friends now? Where are your friends when you need them?" He laughed more. He let go and let Kyungsoo hit the ground. "Open your mouth." He said. He pulled a potion bottle out his pocket. "Open your mouth!" He grabbed his broken jaw forcing it open."
"Ahh, ahh!" He poured it in his mouth. It rolled down his throat. "Swallow it!" He tossed the bottle over his shoulder. "I'm done with you. You can die here."
We need him! Kris yelled.
"Then come get him yourself."
You've broken him down too much! He's gonna need healing. I'll alert his pack at home. I can't believe you thought this was okay.
"I don't care. Open the portal so I can come back through."
You'll be punished. Suho said.
"Good."
Kris ran to Kyungsoo. Kyungsoo slipped in out of consciousness. "Damn it. He's always been out of control but this was too much. How will we get your powers now?" He mumbled. He pulled out his phone.
What did I drink? Kyungsoo thought to himself. I can't feel my body. I can barely keep my eyes open.
"This plan was almost perfect. At least he gave you the potion. You'll be out for awhile."
He planned this. He took the memory potion with him. Suho said as he looked through their potion stash.
He gave the memory restriction one? Not the body numbing potion?
Yes.
"Damn it!" Kris yelled. "What the hell is he doing? After I get Kyungsoo home, I'm coming home."
