Chapter 13... Call Me Chen

"They're here." Minseok said as he looked out the window. "What did they say happened to him?"
Yixing went out on to the porch.
"Kris said he rolled down a cliff side or something like that." Junmyeon explained.
"Kyungsoo? The Earth Elemental? Fell off a cliff and didn't save himself? I don't like the way that sounds."
"I don't either but we can't say he's lying. We'll have to ask Kyungsoo." You said. You rubbed your legs with the palms of your hands. You were stressed.
"What if he doesn't know what happened?" Minseok asked.
"I don't know."
"Take him straight to his room. I'll take care of him there." Yixing said. He held the door open. Kris carried in Kyungsoo. You gasped. He looked so broken. The others strolled in as if nothing was wrong. "What happened!"
"Woah, calm down there girly." Chanyeol put his hands out. "Didn't Kris already tell you?"
"First of all don't call me girly."
"Whatever you say baby girl." He winked at you and walked to the kitchen. Ew. What the hell was that? You thought to yourself. You went up to Jongdae. "Jongdae tell me what happened?"
"He fell (y/n) that's all." He shrugged. "And by the way. Call me Chen." He smirked. You gasped. You could hear thunder in the back of your mind. Flashes of lightning crossed your eyes as you remembered your dream. Your eyes rolled back as you fainted.

"They got you too Jongdae." You whispered.

You sat up in bed. "Hi." Minseok smiled.
"How can you smile at a time like this?"
"I thought it would make you feel better."
"I'd feel better if my pack wasn't changing right before my very eyes."
"Changing? How so?"
"What do you mean how so? The only one that's come back from that trip normal is Kyungsoo and Luhan and where did Liam go? He went with them." You shook your head. "Nothing feels right. The number of people on our side is shrinking. Yixing and Baekhyun still thinks we're crazy."
"No just Baek. Yixing said that there was no way that Kyungsoo would be in that shape from falling over a cliff." Your door opened. Yixing came in and closed the door behind him. He sat on your bed and picked up where Minseok left off. "If he didn't use his powers like they said, then he would be worse. Maybe a tumble down a hill would cause some of the damages but not a cliff."
"How do you know?" You asked.
"Some of them are too precise for a fall. The place where is jaw was broken and how both his legs were broken at an angle in the middle of his calf, that's not a fall, that's a fight and not just any fight."
"A fight with another wolf." You finished. Yixing nodded.
"He hasn't woken up but I don't think he is anytime soon. I healed him completely. He hasn't changed in anyway. He hasn't moved a muscle and that worries me."
"Me too. What else did they do to him?"
"I don't know. I didn't feel anything else wrong." He put his hand to your head. "Also how's your head? You hit it pretty hard when you fainted."
"I did?"
"Yes but I healed it more than half way."
"What happened? That's the second time."
"I know Minseok. When I spoke to Jongdae what he said shocked me."
"What did he say?"
"He said 'Call me Chen.' like my dream. I guess it was just too much for my mind and I fainted again."
"Call him Chen? He's gone mad." Minseok mumbled.
"No, he's gone evil like Kris. I knew that camping trip was a bad idea. We should've went just because."
"But we would've ended up like them."
"No, I think we would've been okay Yixing. Nothing really hurts you and we don't trust him. He wouldn't have been able to get to us."
"He would've turned the others on us. We wouldn't have made it out alive." Minseok paced around.
"That's better than turning evil."
"Maybe for you. I like being alive." Minseok sat back down.
"I do too… sometimes but that's not the point."
"(Y/n), not going was the better idea. I don't want to end up like Kyungsoo, I don't want to be evil and I don't want to die. I want everything to go back how it was before Liam and Kevin came into our lives."
"We should've listened to Kris back then. He was right."
"Yes he was Minseok. Yes he was."
