Felicity's POV
"Maze my shoulder!" I yelled out to him of course he came running then I heard banging on the basement doors. So I rolled my eyes and went downstairs and opened both doors "You cry babies!" I ran back upstairs. Maze was waiting for me I sat down and he poured alcohol on my opened wound.
"So yo ass went out and got shot! And how did he get here?" Jayden yelled pointing at jahseh I rolled my eyes.
"Could we talk about this later I'm a little occupied at the moment."
"No there won't be a later at least not right now. You've been lying to me our entire relationship and you expect me to just bounce back from that." Once maze wrapped my shoulder I leaned forward pointing to the seat and then pointed to the door for maze and jahseh to leave.
"I lied to you to save Your life! I've done nothing but try and provide for myself because I didn't have no one to. I gave all this up for YOU and OUR BABY as for you, you lied to me too about quitting I had to end it for you!" I leaned back pushing my hair back trying not to cry I got a hold of myself. "I gave up everything for you for us and now you want to walk away?"
"You kept this lie going our whole relationship I admitted I lied in the beginning but I need some time until the baby is born to decide what I'm gonna do."
"In that case you go stay with your dad until you figure it out because we obviously don't need to be around each other." I got up and opened the door turning my face away from him as he walked out. "Maze get him out of here the right way!" I said as I slammed the door behind him. I wanted to cry but Jahseh had walked in and I laughed to myself. "Normally I would kill someone for just walking in my office."
"Well I'm not just someone and your not in a normal mood. Just like the you saving me I'm gonna help you I'm not going no where ever again." I smiled at him and let a tear fall down my face.
"Well then can you take me home please."
"Anything you want."
"In that case food." I smiled we left and went to chili's. "When I said food I meant fast food but I can deal with this." I laughed he smiled at me and my heart jumped again. "I missed you."
"I missed you too."
"What you miss about me?" I asked curiously.
"You're voice. I remember when we were little and I couldn't sleep you'd sing Tennessee whiskey. I missed you being annoying like how you would jump on me when my backs turned even though I already knew it was you as soon as I smelled your vanilla perfume and your strawberry shampoo." I was bit shocked and I'm sure he could see it on my face.
"I was definitely just gonna say your smile but since we talking about voices and all that stuff yours is the one that's beautiful your so talented I don't know why your not singing or rapping yet. But you calling me annoying I remember when you convinced me to set the frogs in our lab class free in middle school and got me in trouble." He laughed.
"I remember that it was funny and you forgave me after I bought you movies with gallons of ice cream."
"Let's do that again tonight I could use some of that." He nodded then paid for our food and we left we picked up ice cream and went to my place. We were laughing as we walked in and Jayden was coming downstairs with a bag so we stepped out of his way and Jahseh put the ice cream in the freezer.
"This is temporary so don't let him get to comfortable."
"No this may be temporary you're the one who wanted to leave. So give me your key I don't want you walking in on me randomly." He handed me his key then I closed the door on him and locked it. I went and sat down next to Jahseh he smiled.
"So I picked your childhood favorite troop Beverly Hills." I smiled and bounced up and down a little.
"You know this was my moms favorite movie that was the only thing I knew for sure from the paperwork I read on her." He handed me ice cream and Cuddled with me while we watched the movie. Somewhere in there I guess we fell asleep because I woke up to the clearing of someone's throat I looked up and saw my mom and Jayden. "What are y'all doing here?"
"Jayden asked me to meet him here he said he left a bag and you took his key."
"The point of that was so he didn't randomly walk in on me again like now he wanted to separated but I'm seeing him a hell of a lot." Jahseh was still sleep and cuddled closer.
"I'm glad I did cuz you just cuddled up with this nigga on our couch."
"First off we fell asleep to my favorite movie yesterday was along day and again YOU wanted to leave not me. Plus we ain't even do nothing but eat ice cream. So can you get your bag and get out." He grabbed a bag out of the closet and closed the door then walked out the house. "This nigga left a bag on purpose." My mom started to walk after him "nope mom give me your key cause I don't want you letting him in anymore." She handed it to me and left jahseh woke up once the door closed. "I have a question?" I said getting up and walking towards the stairs.
"What's up?"
"So I'm supposed to be getting home schooled starting next week since Jayden moved out you wanna stay here with me. Since Jayden was supposed to be getting home schooled with me you can instead and help me paint the babies room." He smiled at me so I threw a closed toothbrush at him from upstairs.
"Yeah I'll stay but only until Jayden comes back." That one threw me for a loop.
"If he comes back."
"That boy loves you he just shocked right now."
"But you said you love me too that's why you left. I still don't get it how was that a reason to leave."
"I was hurting and I had everyone there for me you, Jocelyn, and my family. Then certain people in my family stopped believing in me then Jocelyn died. You started shutting out everyone even me and I was alone so my mom seen how I was changing and she couldn't stand to see me like that so we agreed that I go away for awhile."
"I am so sorry and I was just the finale straw. I wish I would've just stopped worrying about myself just for a moment to help you." I went downstairs again and gave him a hug.
"It's cool I'm bout to brush my teeth so we can go get my clothes from my moms and do whatever you need to do here." I nodded and he followed me upstairs to the bathroom.
2 1/2 months later
So I'm four and a half months pregnant Jahseh has been staying with me and we have an appointment today to see what's going on with the baby. We started to paint the baby room light grey with blue and gold accessories but we still don't know the gender. The crib is white and the blankets are too the baby stuff is in the guest room until we finish painting and cleaning. "Lissy we gotta go so come on so we can meet Jayden up there."
"Fine I'm coming down now." I covered the paint and went downstairs then outside where Jahseh was waiting.
"Wait let me take a picture of you."
"Don't get my tummy all the way if you gonna post it." He laughed and took the picture then we got in the car and met up with Jayden at the doctors office. We walked in I signed in and went straight to the back. I got on my phone waiting for the doctor to come in. Once she got there I put my phone down she spoke to us then put that cold ass jelly on my tummy showing us the baby. I smiled it was so healthy looking.
"Did you guys want to know the gender of the baby?"
"No I want it to be a surprise for the gender reveal party." I smiled and looked at Jahseh. "We got a lot of planning and stuff to buy."
"Can we have a moment doctor." Jayden said to her as she cleaned off my tummy and left. "Could you stop trying to not include me in our child related things."
"You do that on your own this is the fourth check up I've been to you've only went to one. The decorations in our child's room I invited you but me and Jahseh have only been decorating and buying stuff. I'm not gonna include you if I see it clearly doesn't matter to you."
"I was working so I can send you money for the things you buy."
"Save that cause I work to so that's not a good enough reason. But since you say I'm not including you I'm putting you in charge of buying the gender reveal ballon and party favors." I got up and pulled my shirt over my tummy and looked at Jayden. "This is your last chance please don't let me down." I grabbed the doorknob. "Because if you do there's no coming back from it." I walked out Jahseh put his arm around my waist and helped me to the car. Once we got back home I got in the shower and laid down in bed next to Jahseh.
"He'll be there."
"I hope so can we cuddle please." We slept because we have a big day of planning ahead of us.
