It's six days later and I'm currently running around preparing as much food as I can before the boys get here.
Usually, I'm very calm before visitors come over, but because I'm a girl on a kind of... um... embarrassing mission...
I'm a little more on edge than I usually am.Conversations and ulternate responses running through my mind.
I get myself a drink of water before I hear Yoongi's keys on the other side of the door.
I take off my apron to show my dress that's styled to look like a shirt. I got it because it's cute, but I'm still wearing denim shorts under it.It's black with a cool over-lay of Polaroid pictures of cherry blossoms print on it, I thought Yoongi would like it...
I scolded myself for choosing it and acting like a little school girl going on her first date for making my decisions based on the interests of someone else, but the more I wore the outfit, the more I liked it.The boys pile into the apartment like its second nature, all of them saying their individual hello's and occasionally hugs. It all goes by so quick that I almost miss Jungkook. Not wanting any bad blood or awkwardness between us, I call out.
"Hi, Kookie!"I smile at him but all he does is look up, giving me a weak smile and raising his hand in attempt of a weak wave of greeting.
Disheartened, I lower my head, making my way back into the kitchen where Jin already is standing, wrapping my apron around his waist.I instantly smile, seeing the person I wanted to talk to most. I have to stop myself from bounding over to him, instead opting to hug him around his midsection.
He hugs me back quickly, smiling the way he does.
"Hello, darling, how are you?"I shift in the spot for a second, looking over to the lounge room where everyone is sitting and chatting away before turning back to Jin.
I bekon him to lower his head to my level so I can tell him something confidential. He obliges with glee, a special glint in his eyes."So, me and Yoongi are dating..."
I whisper and he snaps back up, looking at me in shock. But after thinking about it for a second, nods. I stifle a laugh and wave him back down so I can continue and his eyes widen again.
"I... I-I want to know h-how to..."I find myself stumbling around the words, shy of what his reaction will be. He nods, signalling that it's okay and that I can just tell him.
I take a deep breath and say it all at once, really fast.
"I want to know how to seduce Yoongi."He snaps back up again, his face registering shock and amusment. He leans back down to me, but this time he's whispering in my ear.
"What bought this on? And why come to me?"I blush and jump up to sit on the counter top next to him so as to continue the conversation at close range.
I shrug, the heat still prominent in my cheeks.
"I guess I just thought you would be the best to talk to about... that..."I watch as his eye brows raise in amusment. I shake my head, rethinking the whole thing.
"You know what, never mind, if it makes you uncomfortable we don't have to talk about it and it's dumb to think about anywa-""Y/n."
Jin says, putting the food in the oven to cook. His tone of voice is serious.
"This is a big step in a relationship. How long have you guys been dating?"I shush him quickly, not liking how loud he is and looking down, avoiding eye contact.
"About a week now... I started thinking about this when he told me about his..... adventures.... with other women... I guess I'm just wondering why he's never tried to pursue me like that.... I mean, we've been sleeping in the same bed for a while and he's flirting with me all the time.... I don't know, Jin... Am I wrong for feeling this way?"He sighs, taking off his oven mitts.
He places them down on the counter top and looks over to me, full honesty and sincerity in his eyes.
"Listen... Y/n... What Yoongi did with those other women, had nothing to do with feelings. Love takes time and sex usually takes its natural course. If you're that worried about it, try talking to him about it."
