Luke's POV:
I picked Katie up at the time I said. She looked beautiful, even in the simple outfit she was wearing.
I was really looking forward to tonight, I've never really been this happy being around someone before, except when I'm with the boys playing our music.
When Katie got in the car, I decided to yet again play the American Idiot album by Green Day. She had told me one of the days we were working on our science project, how much she loves that album. So since then it's kinda become the album we listen too together.
I parked up near a big field with a small park. It seemed perfect. But there was one problem.
Katie had turned away from me. Did I say something wrong? I don't know.
I heard her sniffle. I was worried.
"Katie, are you okay?" I asked, curiously.
"I'm fine Luke, just nervous. This is my first date with a guy I really like, I just don't want to mess it up." Fair play, I was nervous too. Very, in fact.
We found a spot in the field, under the stars. It was perfect.
I lay there for a while. I took Katie's hand and locked my fingers with hers. Nothing could take away this perfect moment.
